rude service. i order a cupcake to go and the female cashier made me wait 15 minutes, mind you, there was nobody else waiting in the establishment. they are not courteous at all. bunch of racists!

absolutely delish! i had the portobello panini and hubby had pizza. definitely will eat here again when we are in the area. restaurant and restrooms were spotless!!

rude owner. we are regular customers. the food is great but a recent incident questions my loyalty. basically, he did not think out what would happen if you take the entire inside to a huge party and leave only outside seating. the storm clouds were rolling in and he had no seats. when questioned he shrugged his shoulders and walked off. at first we were going to get the food to go but i wanted my money back. he refunded the bill but left the tip on there. really, after your mouth ran you would do that? redeeming grace was the blonde hair young lady who came out and talked to my wife. once again i point out we are regulars and expected more than just his shrug and rude tone.

rude service. the food is quite good but the service leave much to be desired. i went with my family on sunday and they closed the kitchen before 6 pm. some of my family did not get to eat. they were rude about it. they did not warned us that their kitchen was about to close. so be ware that they close their kitchen "15 min early", because they won't care to let you know. very unfriendly for vegetarian people. i left quite disappointed.

excellent!. went there today with a friend and we both ordered the lunch special. i had a half pear salad (which had a delicious crisp that tasted like apple pie, blue cheese, balsamic vinaigrette, and poached pears) and a half mediterranean tea sandwich. it came with a free iced tea of the day. overall very resonably priced for the quality of the food. i've paid much more for something exponentially less satisfying. i will be back! can't wait to try everything on the menu :)

give infusion tea a taste the next time you find yourself near college park and hop on the teahouse bandwagon. they also offer free wi-fi so bring your computer, order a pot of tea and enjoy the afternoon.

you won't miss the meat, mostly nice staff. we had a groupon for this restaurant that gave us a pot of tea, 2 entrees and 2 gelatos. it was a great deal. this is a vegetarian restaurant with lots of vegan options. but meat eaters won't miss the meat, everything is so tasty and there are plenty of egg and cheese dishes.
we arrived around 12:30 on a saturday afternoon. the place was busy. they have some outside seating in front with umbrellas for shade and a white trellis for separation from the street. inside, they have some two-person high top tables and some small square tables. they really need more seating because this place is popular. the store is nicely decorated and feels like a garden decor store and is quiet enough for a decent conversation.
you stand in line and order at the front counter. behind the counter are several long rows of tea jars with all kinds of teas. we had the muladahra black, a smooth black tea with a medium body and a hint of honey. it came in a very large tea pot with enough tea for about 5 of their large cups.
the perky lady behind the counter was very patient and very helpful. we ordered the quiche of the day (broccoli and cheddar) and the mushroom and spinach quesadilla.
when it's ready, the food is brought to your table by a guy that seems overwhelmed. he was the only person there not smiling.
the quiche comes with a small, very nice baby leaf salad. while the quiche was good, it was just ordinary. the quesadilla, however, was large, very good, and full of flavor. and the smells of the vegetarian tempeh chili from the next table were wonderful. we finished with a small bowl filled with gelato. at first it looked tiny, but the bowl seemed to have no bottom. we could not finish them. the dark chocolate was a chocolate lovers dream and the cappuccino was tasty. the only disappointment was the tiramisu which was kind of bland -- more like a creamy vanilla.
i talked with the lady at the front counter and she said they are typically much busier for lunch than for dinner. we will definitely be back.
for the lonely guys, this place is filled with women. go by and ask to share a table.

worst customer service ever!!!!!. today my mom, sister and toddler came in for afternoon tea. i called weeks before to try and make reservations but was told that they didn't accept reservations. i was visiting from atlanta, and it's a tradition that when we all get together to have tea. after reviewing the menu online we were excited about the teas and the gluten-free options. but what a huge disappointment. when we arrived we weren't greeted by any of the waitstaff and were ignored until i asked to be seated. the waiter/host i asked to seat us was just "hanging around" so i don't know why he couldn't acknowledge us. then he told us to order at the counter and then find a seat. ok??? the man behind the register was so rude to us that before he swiped my card. i asked for it back and told him that we would not be having tea in their establishment. we were excited to sit down and enjoy tea together. but instead we got the worst customer service i've ever experienced in orlando!!!

i loved this place and can't wait to go back! had a quick lunch so i had to rush my order of tea and a sandwich. so many chiices of delightful teas. wanted to get a neck massage but no time.

atmosphere...amazing. as a first time visitor of infusion tea, i enjoy the place. it's like a starbucks but without the "being on every corner"-ness. the only problem i have is that its far from my location and in order for me to get here i will have to take a bus or bike here, which i don't mind doing. the inside has a very relaxing atmosphere, not too many people. i've come on a day where a lot of female continue to enter. i believe its just the time of day or just the day. well, as i typed this a male just walked in. either way, the place is worth visiting if you want to get away from all the outside noise. really, i can't hear much of the outside, just the sound of the store music which completes the atmosphere. also, the cashier, who's name i didn't get, was a great help with me being a newcomer. the tea is made free leaf style, which is the best way of making tea. there are 80 different choices of teas and organic teas. there are also vegan options when it comes to edibles. there is also gelato, which i believe was my first time having. if i had it before, i don't remember because i don't have it often. that was delicious as well. i'd rate it a 10 of 10, because that is how much i enjoy this place.

great vegetarian food, iffy staff. the food and tea selection here is heaven for a vegetarian. the cucumber sandwich is yummy. the hummus/salsa/tabouleh (cheese the day i got it because they were out of tabouleh) platter was a great starter. the hummus had some subtly effective flavors. the potato taco is only o.k. the eggplant sandwich is quite hearty with strong flavors. the tea of the day comes with free refills, though this isn't advertised anywhere that i can see and i only found out on my fifth visit. the only drawback is that the staff can frequently seem standoffish and disinterested. i've often felt like i was bothering the staff by ordering. the owners definitely need to get a friendlier staff.
