imperial pizza

best pizza place in town, hhoffaith is clearly too stupid to eat food. i read the reviews of hhoffaith and felt the need to defend these guys. they aren't customer service focused, i'll admit. they are incredibly busy due to having the best pizza in the buffalo area since bozanna's closed. the first review really seems to lean on the handicap of the customer that got a mistaken order, like it is somehow relevant. handicap people try and take advantage of others as well. if he was throwing out hisorderbecause it was not anything he wanted to eat, he should have called that day. it's common sense and i wouldn't have believed you, either. what is the alternative? free pizza to everyone who complains? be realistic. their second review is the same exact scenario. they've never once made a mistake on my orders, but i have worked at some pizzerias and i have gotta say, this must be your fault. decide what you want before you order, write it down and thenorderit.

crazy good pizza, soft crust and lots of sauce. toppings are off the hook and i prefer a basic cheese pizza but the temptation toordera topping because of the generous portions is very real :)

best pizza place around !. i must say, par excellent! the food is delicious and plentiful.
we ordered pizza and wings first. the pizza was huge, covered with tons of the topping we choose (pepperoni&mushroom). the pepperoni were large and not burnt.same with the mushrooms. the sauce was not over done and slightly sweet, plenty of cheese, and the crust was cooked, but not burnt.
the wings were normal size, not too greasy,not over cooked, and done to order.
the next time we ordered, the subs and hoagies (steak /w mushrooms,onion and peppers and a blt sub) were loaded. i could only eat half of it.theorderof fries (real potatoes) were in a calzone box packed, plenty enough for 2. pizza logs, and mozzarella sticks (6 per order) were good sized and yummy. this is now our neworderout pizza and sub place. (we were 10yr customers of bellas pizza, whose quality is sorely lacking now.)
the menu on urban spoon is about 15 years old, so the prices are higher now. if you want cheap,orderfrom broadway bobby's. if you want good food, imperials is the place to go! a little more expensive, but worth it.

rude. ok, i know it's south buffalo, but do businesses have to treat customers so rudely? this is not the first time myorderwas incorrect. when i phoned to explain our problem, there were no apologies and no effort to correct their mistake. ehh ... not worth going back there again. pizza sauce is bland anyway. and expensive. i love broadway bobby's in lackawanna. imperial is overrated on all counts.

inconsiderate to customers. a couple days ago my husband placed anorderat the request of my brother, who is now a wheelchair-bound amputee living in orchard park. he had been a frequent customer of imperial over the years, especially when he used to live in the area. as he is unable to drive, my husband picked up his two subs. that evening when my brother opened them up, he discovered it was the wrongorder- a tuna sub and a something-that-resembled-sausage sub, not the turkey and steak subs he ordered. today i phoned imperial to ask if there was anything they can do for him, since he had paid for and given the wrong order, has been a customer for years, now an amputee, and was unable to drive back that night for replacement. i was referred to the manager who flatly stated that my brother should have called the day it happened, and that there was nothing they can do for him. how inconsiderate. my brother threw away theorderand lost his money. thanks for caring for your long-dedicated and handicapped customers and doing such a great job with filling your orders, imperial. you can be sure we won't be calling again. you conscientious attitude and outright rudeness towards your customers is not admirable. hope when you are old or dependent on anyone, you will be treated with the same kindness as you show others.

too expensive. i have been an imperial customer for 15 years and come from orchard park to get the food. the food is very good though not quite as good as it used to be. but in my opinion the prices have gotten out of control. a large and 20 wings combo is literally ten dollars more now than a few years ago. i just went there yesterday and the prices went up yet again. i am taking my superbowlorderelsewhere.

fantastic food, a wny staple. went here a few months ago for a family get together and got two sheets, two buckets and a party sized antipasto, when i went to pick it up the gut behind the counter showed me one of the sheets and said that he "wasn't happy" with one of the edges so he gave us a free large pie. there didn't appear to be anything wrong with the sheet in question, but the gesture will be remembered. he also helped me load it into my car. highly recommend imperial, if you're entertaining guests from out of town and want them to get a true taste of buffalo,orderfrom here.

poor management!!!. i have been a customer of imperial pizza for years, however i will neverorderfrom them again!!! i called to place anorderand was put on hold. i was able to hear the workers in the background, and it sounded to me like they were either arguing with each other, or a customer. after more than 5 minutes i hung up and called back. it was 10:45 on a monday night, so i asked if they were still delivering. i was told yes, so i ordered a mini sausage and cappicola sub. the girl said, "so you want a mini imperial" and i said, "is a sausage and cappicola sub an imperial" and she said yes. i said okay, can you have them fry the cappicola. she told me it already comes fried. i thought that was odd, every other place iorderfrom fries the cappicola when they make the sub. i also ordered a mini ham sub. ourorderwas delivered at 11:20 and when we unwrapped our subs they were both wrong. my husband received a steak, cheese, and mushroom (which is an imperial) sub and he doesn't even like mushrooms. remember i even questioned her to confirm it was sausage and cappicola. my sub had no tomatoes on it, just ham and lettuce! they close at 11:30, so i called the next day and explained to the manager what happened. it was like he didn't believe me because he said he was there and the girl who took theorderhas worked there for years. why would i lie??? i wasn't expecting a freebie, but i should have been reimbursed for their mistake. he did say if i still had the subs i could bring them in and have them remake them. i didn't save them because my husband was so pissed he threw his out and i did eat mine after i sliced my own tomatoes and put them on!!! it cost me $17.00 and a $3.00 tip for the delivery, and this is the response i get from a manager! they do have great pizza, but this is buffalo and there are plenty of other places i will give my business too!!! i will be sure to let anybody i talk to about pizza places to know of my experience and refer them to other places, such as bella.. abbott.. pasquales.. and the list goes on!!!

lies. made anorderfor a half pizza and 20 wings and they charged me nearly $40 dollars and the delivery guy said the prices went up, total bs, will pay to close the place, or send every over to bella pizza which will take great care of anybody for a fair price and great food

sub-par phone service. unfortunately, it seems to be a running trend according to some other reviews i've noticed on here. the young ladies who take seem either distracted or aren't listening. two occasions they got ourorderwrong. the second time, they managed to not even put theorderin (or at least not under the right name). at that point, we've decided to take our business back up to majestic on harlem rd. it was a shame, as i like imperial's pizzas, and it was right on the way home from work, which was convenient. but we will not be ordering again soon.

dont waste your time. called in tonight and tried to place anorderat 8:00pm and instead i got to speak with a very rude girl and wont be calling in again learn some customer service!!!

great pie !!!!!!!. just moved and found myself close to imperial pizza.it is a new development and not on any maps or gps units yet.the girl who took myorderdidn't have a clue what i was trying to tell her a way how to get here,i even gave her the address that is about twenty feet from the beginning of the development,now this is a new home development with over 150 homes and lots so after i told her all the driver has to do is to drive up to the first stop sign and look left i'm the last house ... her response "i'm sure he'll find it well that was about an hour and a half ago...they could make a killing here if someone would take the time to listen...

you can't find better pizza anywhere. the first thing my family does when they come in from out of town isorderimperial pizza. they have the best pizza and bbq wings anywhere.

crappy food. ordered delivery of a steak and cheese sub, and smallorderof smitty style wings. the sub was to have steak, cheese, grilled onions, and mayo. came with lettuce, and tomato, and some kind of ground meat that was burnt beyond recognition. totally gross!!! two bites was all i could stomach.
the wings were ordered crispy and saucey. they came crispy alright i nearly broke a tooth taking a bite. they were so hot that they were totally inedible.
this was the biggest waste of $20.00. will never ever eat there again. tried to call 3 times, and was hung up on

wow. i work near imperial andorderfrom there atleast a few times a month. the food is awesome but the girl answering the phone is quite possibly the dumbest person i have ever had the misfortune of speaking to. she is rude and is not familiar with the menu at all. if you are going toorderfrom here, which i highly recommend, make sure you have taken a few deep breathes first and speak very slowly.

customers. i ordered from imperial pizza the other night and it was fantastic!! the one thing that bugged me was the customers in the lobby beside me waiting for their pizza didnt know what they ordered and 3 of them didnt even know the name that theirorderwas under!.. i give these kids alot of credit to deal with this kind of ignorant public! besides the aggravation of the hungry community..myorderwas kindly taken and was delicious!!... kudos to the imperial workers!!!
