reached the hotel super hungry with family,
4 tables with 4 seater were vacant and none were cleaned.
after repeatedly asking, a lame cleaning was done.
sat for 15min,
kept asking for someone to take the order,
no one turned to take order and worst waiters keep ignoring and manager seems to not care about it.
worst hospitalityserviceever.
left without food after 20 min when none came to take the order.

i am a very regular visitor. been coming here for more than 6 years.
awesome place for family dinners . garlic chicken and chicken tikka are a must. they have both indoor seating and outdoor candlelight seating. theserviceis a tad late(only little late). they also include lots of tax in the bill but manageable. overall a worthy restaurant to spend your money. you won't be disappointed.

been here for few birthday dinners. good garden ambiance. excellent food with good portions too.

the food is really good, but theservicewas a complete disappointment. we were 5 and were made to seat on a table of 4 eventhough the bigger table in the restaurant was vacant. no water was served till 15 mins and the waiter was really rude.

highly not recommend for people having high expection with restaurant service.

food was really nice. but theservicewas pathetic, one of the manager was very rude. he said only this type of food is available you want get anything else. even proper sitting was not provided we 5 people were made to sit on table of 4. we reached the restaurant by 3.15pm and that particular manager wanted to close his side that's why he was very rude

an average place. chats is ok.
ambiance is also ok ok.
need improvements on areas like taste,serviceand ambiance.
though a good place to go out with family.

had tried this place few years ago. tried agin during recent visit. theserviceis very late. took about 1 hour to get lunch. the food was not worth the wait also. fish biriyani was a big let down so was the paneer fried rice. finger chicken was decent. the bill also has very confusing tax structure.

this place is on the hunsur road and harbours a lot of other restaurants like roost. this one is a bit bigger in the sense of capacity and has a better hand over quality than it's counterparts around it. i believe the same compound has the hotel. so basically it has seating inside and out in the open (lawn). they have proper candles lit on each table which makes it dim lit and also a bit aesthetic.

the food is pretty decent and theserviceis okay. the food is a tad bit overpriced but it's not a lot. the taste in a way balances it out.

a day trip to mysore and we find ourselves here in the evening after a long tiring day. when my friend recommended me to go to ruchi, i was expecting some road side kind of dhabha or something.
but man this place is big and beautiful.
they have a large garden and have set open air candle lit dining area.
the food was decent with price on the lower band.servicewas okayish also.
the main selling point is the outside doing area with decent prices.

hope this is the outdoor sitting beaise the pool...we loved this place...ambiance is very cool...food is okay,serviceis not very good, they have less people and more customer...place of sitting positively a very nice one at evening...we had a good time

had a pleasant family dinner at ruchi. good ambience with a couple of fountains adding to the mood.servicewas pleseant although a bit on the slow side.
the main course - nan with a side of kadai chicken and dal tadka - was good but not great.
would try again and recommend for a family dinner option in the area. overall a 4 with a 4.5 for ambience 3.5 forserviceand 3 for food.
