was here to enjoy the serene view munching my favourite snack from the veg restaurant. the staff neither allowed us to sit in the balcony and nothing from the menu was available for us to savour. didn't expect this from ruchi. very disappointing indeed for someone who's been visiting here since a while and loved the place for it'sambienceand food.

the food andambienceof the place is good...only thing was rude staff which made me rethink of should i visit again..just because we came aroind 7 for dinner staff was rude and not bothered when asked for place..

have separate restaurants as per the customer convenience,pure veg,and veg /non -veg restaurant and garden side seating to enjoy sports on a big screen food andambienceexcellent.liked paneer hydrabadi curry with roti.

been there for my frnds birthday party. theambienceis so good. especially at night time
you have outdoor sitting and candle light dinner
best place to booze but i didnt liked the food that much
biriyani tasted good 👍

had a pleasant family dinner at ruchi. goodambiencewith a couple of fountains adding to the mood. service was pleseant although a bit on the slow side.
the main course - nan with a side of kadai chicken and dal tadka - was good but not great.
would try again and recommend for a family dinner option in the area. overall a 4 with a 4.5 forambience3.5 for service and 3 for food.

restaurant set in an open lawn, provides a very good service. all the chinese starters were good, soup also tasted good, so were the north indian gravies. however, hara bara kabab we ordered was not up to the mark. even the breads were quite hard. a bit of improvement is required in terms of the taste but overall is a recommended restaurant due to theambienceand the service.

we had our dinner at the garden which was nice. goodambiencebut with low light. need more decoration. they serve alcohol here which is off if you go with your family. moderate pricing, candle light is available for romantic dinner.
