i am a very regular visitor. been coming here for more than 6 years.
awesomeplacefor family dinners . garlic chicken and chicken tikka are a must. they have both indoor seating and outdoor candlelight seating. the service is a tad late(only little late). they also include lots of tax in the bill but manageable. overall a worthy restaurant to spend your money. you won't be disappointed.

was here to enjoy the serene view munching my favourite snack from the veg restaurant. the staff neither allowed us to sit in the balcony and nothing from the menu was available for us to savour. didn't expect this from ruchi. very disappointing indeed for someone who's been visiting here since a while and loved theplacefor it's ambience and food.

we have visited thisplaceofften in the past as the food is tasty, but today it was very different, food was tasteless as though some one inexperienced was cooking,
to make things worst,
the waiters had no courtesy,
the serving was not proper
wrong order was
delivered and we had to return them,
starters were delivered even before the plates came
as though this was not enough the head waiter gangadhar was very rude and did not want to take feedback. .

food had hair in it, tomato was rotten the staff took photo of the food and promised it wouldn't repeat. but i wouldn't go to theplaceagain, my whole dinner experience got ruined.

the food and ambience of theplaceis good...only thing was rude staff which made me rethink of should i visit again..just because we came aroind 7 for dinner staff was rude and not bothered when asked for place..

been there for my frnds birthday party. the ambience is so good. especially at night time
you have outdoor sitting and candle light dinner
bestplaceto booze but i didnt liked the food that much

the restaurant has set up the mark and truely ,yes they did !! the calm and composed out dined on garden area with the very flaunting dimmed lights making theplaceso romantic , the food was really good worth for money ... had plenty of starters at the beginning to rejoice the party and it really ended well with that taste of happiness to our tastebuds

what aplaceto spend evenings!
we visited thisplaceon a friday night. we had beers and red wine along with chicken tikka, chicken salad and amazing main course. theplaceis lit in terms of open sitting alongside pool. they were broadcasting cricket match on projector which made thisplacejust so perfect. there was candle light too!

had tried thisplacefew years ago. tried agin during recent visit. the service is very late. took about 1 hour to get lunch. the food was not worth the wait also. fish biriyani was a big let down so was the paneer fried rice. finger chicken was decent. the bill also has very confusing tax structure.

thisplaceis on the hunsur road and harbours a lot of other restaurants like roost. this one is a bit bigger in the sense of capacity and has a better hand over quality than it's counterparts around it. i believe the same compound has the hotel. so basically it has seating inside and out in the open (lawn). they have proper candles lit on each table which makes it dim lit and also a bit aesthetic.

the food is pretty decent and the service is okay. the food is a tad bit overpriced but it's not a lot. the taste in a way balances it out.

this located on the hunsur road. been here few times and always opted for lawn seatings. makes for a pleasent time in the open area. the food is quite good and drinks as well. the only frustrating part is the waiters looks confused most of the times other than that goodplaceto be.

a day trip to mysore and we find ourselves here in the evening after a long tiring day. when my friend recommended me to go to ruchi, i was expecting some road side kind of dhabha or something.
but man thisplaceis big and beautiful.
they have a large garden and have set open air candle lit dining area.
the food was decent with price on the lower band. service was okayish also.
the main selling point is the outside doing area with decent prices.

i have heard a lot about thisplacefrom my brother. finally got a chance to visit thisplaceduring my family get together. it is really a very clean and descent placeto dine in. paneer and roti is the best combination here. but i must say that every item ordered by us was properly cooked and equally tasty.
aloo mutter was also very properly cooked and presented.

pro's - good service, tasty north indian food,
cleanliness, it is near by a college and serves classy food (generally near colleges every restaurant wants to mint only money).

con's - none encountered

pluses:

1. ambiance: they have a huge outdoor area with lush lawn, waterfalls and streams. on a cool evening, its an idealplaceto enjoy the cool breeze with some beer and good food.

2. service: food comes quickly, staff is courteous and helpful

3. food: they have the typical north indian dishes, tandoor, chinese, few continental dishes. they do a good job at all of them. nothing really stands out in the menu but they do justice to everything that is on it.

4. price: rs 195 for a non veg starter and similar to a non veg curry, appropriate for theplaceand taste.

5. parking. ample parking space.

minuses:

i didn't find anything that was a negative.

final verdict: visit thisplaceif you want to have a relaxed evening under the stars on a clear sky with good food .
