went there for traditional assamese food and was not disappointed at all. the variety in the menu excites one while ordering. i had the pigeon curry which was very tender and for starters i had barbeque pork which although was tough was very well seasoned.

not the best of place for a large group as it has a limited seating capacity. another turn off for this place is that they do not accept cards - this was what was told to me at the reception during my visit on 18 may 2015. ambience is good and food also tastes good however service is not up to the mark.

this is one of the best place to indulge pure authentic assamese cuisine. i was very much satisfied with the quality and the taste. me and friend ordered for fish thali and pigeon curry. the pigeon curry was amazing :) i would really recommend this place to everyone who visits guwahati . beautiful ambience and good service. would definitely visit whenever i m in guwahati .

after years of suggestions finally decided to land here. first of all i have to say the moment you climb the steps you will be greeted with aroma of delicious ethnic cuisines. the hall was jam packed and we were lucky to find ourselves a table. the staffs were very friendly and the food was absolutely awesome. this place is definitely a foodies corner. i will suggest this to anyone who wants to try out ethnic meal.

traditional assamese cuisines at it's best can be said in this place. perfect place for perfect relaxation. perfect environment. from the behavior of the staff to the wall paintings. all are just much more than perfect. 5stars to this place. the only thing that's not right is the loved dish of the assamese people a.k.a "payokh". the taste is good but not the texture. but no worries, it can be improved❤

ac doesn't work at all.
washroom is in pathetic stage.
nobody takes order. suddenly in the middle of taking order people will go away serve food to others and come back.
service is extremely poor. power gone. food absolutely cold and pre-prepared. infrastructure is bad. nobody bothers to make sure that customers are comfortable or not.

visited this place after considering thr high rating on zomato.. it turned put to be really mediocre... veg thali was very ordinary... pork on sesame seeds and duck wt bamboo... was yuck...!! bad quality... quantity... nothing was good abt thr food.... filled wt fat.. no flesh... coming from kolkata.. i wanted to try some good assamese cuisine... bt was uttwrly dissapointed... do not go thr... if u want to taste... good assamese food.... rather do good analysis frm d locals bfre hand.... the decor was not bad.... but very suffocating and 3 of 4 air conditions wrnt wrkng...!! a total flop...
