heff's burgers

amazing!!!!!. i would choose heffs over any burger place in town!!! the food is great patties thick and.juicy!!! best burger for its price by far!!! i tried the new place blue sky and i.don't think for two.burgers and a drink.and fires is reallyworth30,bucks!!!!

good burger and fries. this place is always packed so i decided to venture in by myself at 2 on a thursday for lunch. they were still packed. i was not in a rush. i think it took 20 minutes to get my burger and fries. i ordered the homemade sourdough bun and homestyle fries. it was good. i took my husband and our son and daughter in law on a saturday at 11:30, it was packed. i warned them it could be a while because the men are pretty impatient. it actually didn't take that long and they thought it wasworththe wait. homemade patties that are moist and not greasy. my son and husband are big eaters and were glad they didn't get double meat. i think rick and carolyn's are in big trouble. it's also a nice touch that you can add your own cherry or vanilla syrup to your soda.

delicious. burger is really well seasoned and a really good size. may not be the cheapest burger you can find, but it isworthit and then some. out of any burger place i have been to in abilene, this is the best, and i doubt anywhere has a better burger.

notworththe money.. made another trip to heffs off of hwy 351.
had a heff burger with bacon,lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and mustard.
it came with one thin and i mean thin green tomato. small pcs lettuce and a dab of mustard.
the meat was very dry, combine that with the other and after a few bites i gave the meat to my dog! meat might work for a hb steak covered in gravy!
overall--notworththe money.
have given them 2 tries--that's it for me.

best burger in texas. i see people saying that heff''s a little pricey for a burger. but i am here to tell you they areworthevery penny. they are fantastic. and as for my title, best burger in texas.... well i dare to say that they are the best burger i have ever had. and there service is as good as there burger. thanks guys!!!

heffs burgers are the best. they do take some time but that is because they are thick, fresh patties. they are definitelyworththe wait.

"heff"-ty burgers--thumbs up. took the kids to eat there during christmas break--all enjoyed the food. the burgers, like those at stumpy's, provide a week'sworthof protein in one serving. i'll try the recommended sour dough buns on the next visit.

to die for. the first time i went to heffs my husband and i went we just moved here from the metroplex and we loved it he got the double and when we left he said he should have just got a single. then the second time we went we took the kids with us and they even ate everything. this is the place to go even though its a little hot in there it is so wellworththe wait to have nice people taking care of you and talking to you. they really respect there customers. i will def go back to heffs.

hey scott, do you realize how many people probably go into heffs on a dailey basis? do you honestly think that a business that is doing well will run out of things... and as far as the dining room being dirty the amount of traffic of people that go in there at one time i'm surprised it's not dirtier! as a loyal customer to heffs stop complaining and enjoy the food! if you don't want to go there then don't! plain and simple! i love heffs and i heard talk of a different location of opening! i will keep going to heffs because of great food great service and great experience!

great food great staff. heffs burgers i by far the best b urger in town. and fo those who complain about it, need to just enjoy the food. the place gets very packed, however it'sworthit!!! a lady, who was very rude, returned her burger the other day and wanted her money back because there was no cheese.... its cheese just ask for a slice mistakes happen! all in all amazing food, and exceptionaly nice staff!

yummy! a looooong wait but it was wellworthit! especially with a nice malt from baileys next door

dawgs bark. the only thing i didnt like was the wait.so i give it 3ws.wellworththe wait.loved the burger combo with the choice of twisted fries.unless you are starving to death,you only need to order a single burger.more than enough to fill me up.burger was well seasoned and the fries were fresh.so if you dont mind waiting,come and eat.

sindy. omg...we tried heff's friday night. it was packed, but wellworthwaiting for a seat. i had the jalepeno chedder burger, jalepeno's and cheese baked into the bread. this place is no perfectly square, or perfectly round patty place. you can tell that this is fresh beef, made specifically for you. if you haven't tried heff's on rebecca lane, you need to put it on your calendar. afterwards, if there is any room, which i doubt. you can go to the old fashion ice cream parlor next door.
