heff's burgers

amazing!!!!!. i would choose heffs over anyburgerplace in town!!! the food is great patties thick and.juicy!!! bestburgerfor its price by far!!! i tried the new place blue sky and i.don't think for two.burgers and a drink.and fires is really worth 30,bucks!!!!

worstburgerexperience ever. my husband and i have tried heff's on rebecca on a couple of occasions. each time the burgers were burnt and very small compared to the bun and gooped with mayo (which we both asked for none of) and the fries and spiral chip things were very cold and tasted like old grease. if this had happened once i could probably overlook it and try again but we did that and the second experience was worse. both times the employees were very rude and were more interested in their cell phones and chatting amongst one another to help us or clean off a table. we ended up cleaning off our own table (the only table clean enough to eat on had mustard all over it and we had to request a rag--which was nasty--from one of the extra rude employees to clean it ourselves) and the floor was completely littered with chunks of food and paper towels and other things from previous customers. it is a place we will definitely never go again.

heffs has added two new menu items in a mushroom swissburgerwith grilled onions and grilled mushrooms and we also have a hamburger steak with a hamburger patty topped with brown gravy grilled onions and mushrooms with a salad and your choice of fries y'all come try our new menu items

lucy's is too expensive and overpriced and you get more value for your money at heffs i recommend heffs over lucys

rover. im the rover at heffs burgers and let me tell you working there is awesome the best burgers in town and im not just saying that because i work there i used to eat there when it was in potosi and they still got they same good ole burgers that they did just a bigger location come and try aburgeri gurantee you will like it

goodburgerand fries. this place is always packed so i decided to venture in by myself at 2 on a thursday for lunch. they were still packed. i was not in a rush. i think it took 20 minutes to get myburgerand fries. i ordered the homemade sourdough bun and homestyle fries. it was good. i took my husband and our son and daughter in law on a saturday at 11:30, it was packed. i warned them it could be a while because the men are pretty impatient. it actually didn't take that long and they thought it was worth the wait. homemade patties that are moist and not greasy. my son and husband are big eaters and were glad they didn't get double meat. i think rick and carolyn's are in big trouble. it's also a nice touch that you can add your own cherry or vanilla syrup to your soda.

delicious.burgeris really well seasoned and a really good size. may not be the cheapestburgeryou can find, but it is worth it and then some. out of anyburgerplace i have been to in abilene, this is the best, and i doubt anywhere has a better burger.

this is my standard order. i prefer pepper jack cheese, and to ask for it to be cooked to medium.

i was on my lunch break and was craving an old fashioned burger. i stopped here at heff's thinking i'd give this little greasy spoon a shot. apparently so did everyone else because the place was packed. it took about 5 minutes in line, and 20 more to get my burger. i'm a patient fellow so the wait wasn't a problem for me. when i got theburgerit was huge! the twisty fries were an excellent side. everything tasted great.

cheeseburgerwith no cheese?!. i went into heff's today areound 1 they were not vusy at all yet stilll messed up my order. i ordered a cheeseburgerwith pickles , mustered and cheese only. i got aburgerwith no cheese pickles and onions!!! i tried to call them but only got voicemail and no one would call me back. that was $8 down the drain, i will not be returning there, and the fries were burnt. dont eat there unless you want the wrong order, i can only imagen how bad they would mess it up if they were busy!!!

i figured i'd treat my husband to a decent meal. heff's delivered far better than i expected. i had the mushroom swissburgeron rye, with fries and a drink. i could actually taste the beef! plenty of mushrooms and swiss cheese were the icing on the cake. the fries were obviously freshly cut, and still had the skin on. even when i was feeling full, everything was so good that i did not want to stop eating. my husband was just as satisfied with his fries and double burger, and he finished all of it.

the bucketburgerwas awesome and the jalapeño bread was the best part. i wish we had a heff'sburgerin weatherford.

i had a pretty goodburgerbut it was a bit of a longer wait than i thought necessary. must say, i really liked the bun that myburgercame on and the fries were good.

not worth the money.. made another trip to heffs off of hwy 351.
had a heffburgerwith bacon,lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and mustard.
it came with one thin and i mean thin green tomato. small pcs lettuce and a dab of mustard.
the meat was very dry, combine that with the other and after a few bites i gave the meat to my dog! meat might work for a hb steak covered in gravy!
overall--not worth the money.
have given them 2 tries--that's it for me.

amazing burgers. there are not manyburgerplaces in town, but this is one of my favorites. nice thick beef patties for a great price. good job heffs burgers.

co worker recommended. i found the recommendation to be accurate. the staff was friendly and helpful.
theburgerwas well seasoned and generously sized. i will recommend heff'sburgerto anyone. the malts are good as well. will definitely try to work in a meal

delicious!. i've come here a handful of times now and really enjoy it. the burgers here are delicious and juicy i usually get the plain bun with everything on it tomatoes, lettuce, mustard , mayo can't recall if they have onions i know a few times their wasn't any. even though i get the plain bun the jalapeno bun is better, i like the home fries here but always order the what they call twister fries i don't care if its really chips or fries or what they are good. my only complaint would be twice when ordering to go they gotten the whole order wrong and it sucks when your husband eats hisburgerplain and he gets it with mustard and tomatoes which he can't eat.
also may i suggest making aburgerwith cheese in the middle of the meat like a juicy lucy's i don't know why nobody has done this here with all theburgerjoints caring the jalapeno bun someone needs to create something that sets them apart.
the atmosphere here is like a 50's jukebox theme i wish they would do a better job of cleaning the tables i feel like the tables are always sticky and dirty. the carpet probably need to be replaced and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint.

bestburgerin texas!. never had a betterburgerin my life! heff's burgers really hit the spot and will definitely be coming back!
