one of the greatest restaurant i have ever been... they located in fountainblue hotel so it is perfect for hot dates 😊
i tried pan fried vegetables dumplings 🥟, dim sum, wild mushroom soup, pepper steak, chocolate volcano ... and of course with chardonay... their wine selection is ok.. food and service is great... yes it is pricey for great experience... i definitely recommend thisplace👍🏻

we have arrived in miami and after a long flight and a few drinks by the beach, it was time for dinner. for dinner, our choice was hakkasan. to be honest, i've been to hakkasun in the uk, but it was nothing like what i experienced in miami, the food is full of flavour, i just cannot explain the taste. the whole ambience of the restaurant is absolutely beautiful and has a floral scent as soon as you walk in. for starters, we had crispy prawn with mango, which left a fruity juicy taste in my mouth, with a crispy finish.these prawns were more savoury and a had a satay finish, i was not really a fan of these because i prefer more sweet or sour taste. 

and my favourite dish of the night had to be the dim sum platter- 8 little pockets of flavour;
 
2x scallop shumai
2x har gar
2x black crystal rice vegetables
2x crab meat.
 
equally, all the dim sum pieces were nice but my favourite had to be the dim sum topped with caviar style beads. 

for my main, it was between the bahamian lobster or the black pepper tenderloin but eventually gave in and went for the beef, choosing egg fried rice to accompany the beef. i had my beef cooked medium to rare as i like my meat a bit tender and juicy, the beef was very spicy but that is just how i like it! everything was washed down with several glasses of house red wine, which really hit the spot! 
 
one thing i always appreciate bout americans is the customer service and we really gave the best of the best in terms of customer service and would definitely recommend going to hakkasan for dinner. the lightening is dimmed and is a perfectplaceto go for a date.

went to hakkasan on a weekday with friends, it's a greatplacefor dinner & drinks, ambience is nice, staff are quite warm & attentive, overall had a great time!!! food options aren't that great though for vegetarians.

beautiful. atmosphere & food are top notch, exactly what you would expect for aplaceas fancy as the fountainbleu. my favorite dish was the crispy duck salad, just for the uniqueness, but you can't go wrong with the seafood either.

horrible tourist trap. i've had better steaks and service at outback! the rib eye was flavorless and hard (even though it was medium) we were a group of 10 and our waiter was nowhere to be seen. my friend's side dish came after he was done with his entrée. when a restaurant automatically charges 18% gratuity, $55.00 dollars for a $10.00 bottle of wine and $315.00 for a $28.00 bacardi 8 you would expect much more. oh after we complained about the service and food the assistant to the assistant manager offered to remove the gratuity and gave us his card (he said he'll take care of us next time ha ha) along with a box of cookies... ha ha. i would never go back to thisplaceagain!

not your average chinese in america. very pricey but sooo good. this is a greatplacefor a special occasion. the decor is so sexy and different and the food is delicious. i tried to go a little out of my comfort zone ordering jellyfish as an appetizer and ostrich as main course, and it totally paid off. the ostrich was so tender and one of the best things i've ever had!

mmm. delicious!!!. wow, gotham is incredible. what a perfectplaceto have a date, or even have dinner before going to a hot new club! the steaks there are spectacular. the restaurant has this amazing vibe that makes you wanna sip of wine, talk about life, and relax. i have been there twice so far. the first time i went was when it first opened, then the second time about two weeks ago. theplacehas come a long way since it has opened. all restaurants need to tweek out issues during the first months, and they have definitely worked out a lot of issues. it is my new favorite restaurant!

mmm...steak. if you haven't been to the fountain blu you have to check it out. it's like a miniature casino without the gambling. lots of restaurants and bars. theplaceis huge. gotham is a typical steak house with all the standards. the fillet mignon was nice and done just right. plenty of choices. i had the lobster appetizer which was also pretty good. plenty of wines to choose from too. the highlight of the night though were the deserts. the carrot cake and the chocolate cakes were absolutely phenomenal. warm with some vanilla ice cream...i'm going back right now. the service was attentive. bit on the pricey side but not out of line with the competition. while not the best pure steak house, i'd give this an overall thumbs up because of the hotel and otherwise decent food.
