extremely poor service. we arrived at 6pm and were 3rd on the list for a table. we were a party of 8. after waiting for 1 1/2 hours, we asked what the problem was. we were told that one of the 2 largetableswould have to vacate before we could be seated. we noted that one of the largetableswas occupied by 2 people for over 1/2 hours. then we asked for 2tablesto be put together. we were told that then they would have to call in extra waiters. we asked if we could be seated immediately inside. we were but then had to wait 45 minutes for our food. one hamburger was so raw that it was hardly edible but that person was so hungry that she ate the edges rather than return the food to be recooked. we filled out a complaint form and our waitress said she would deliver it directly to the manager. we did not see the manager that evening nor have we heard anything yet. we were not offered a discount, appetizer, dessert, nothing.
