poor service. i have been here twice, both times were a disappointment.
i ordered the rueben the first time, it came out cold & all the meat was lapped on it in the corner of the sandwich. the waitress slaps it down on thetable& walks away...i wanted to have some horseradish / thousand island dressing...it was 20 minutes before we saw our server again. i asked a manager @ about the 10 minute mark, and it still took 10 more minutes. the second time i went there, i sat at a high table, next to the bar area...i was with a friend, we asked for menus, and in our 45 minutes sitting there, no one showed up. again, asked the host / manager 20 minutes in...still didn't see anyone. we left with nothing.
