had a very enjoyable group lunch on the patio here with brews and a view. the open face tenderloin sandwich was really great and just about perfectly cooked. but the magnificent oversized bloody mary topped with sausage and cheese was my favorite part.

the service was knowledgeable, attentive no bs food was fresh and tasty. the volume of the food you get a good value for your money. recommend the cajun alfreddo good portion, spicy and tasty. a new menu and staff very knowledgeable of the new menu

i took my family from atlanta here one night and we sat outside around dinner time.
for 20 minutes we watched waitresses and waiters walk by and not even notice we had not been helped. my mom decided to leave and walking out i told the manager (who could care less) and he offered me 20% off the next time i came in... no coupon or anything just said it. terrible service, mean waitresses, and know they can get away with it. i will never go back, or recommend to anyone until something has been changed.

the food is good, the atmosphere is great, the place itself is awesome. my only bug is that their cocktails barely have alcohol in them!! we sat at the bar, we watched the bartenders make a ton of drinks over the course of three or so hours, everything they made had a mere splash of booze!

extremely poor service. we arrived at 6pm and were 3rd on the list for a table. we were a party of 8. after waiting for 1 1/2 hours, we asked what the problem was. we were told that one of the 2 large tables would have to vacate before we could be seated. we noted that one of the large tables was occupied by 2 people for over 1/2 hours. then we asked for 2 tables to be put together. we were told that then they would have to call in extra waiters. we asked if we could be seated immediately inside. we were but then had to wait 45 minutes for our food. one hamburger was so raw that it was hardly edible but that person was so hungry that she ate the edges rather than return the food to be recooked. we filled out a complaint form and our waitress said she would deliver it directly to the manager. we did not see the manager that evening nor have we heard anything yet. we were not offered a discount, appetizer, dessert, nothing.

my wife & i tried hagemeister out for the first time on oct. 18. drinks, service, and food were all outstanding. my octoberfest roulade was way better than any german entree here or in milwaukee. i loved the entire dish along with the to-go-withs. i ate half of it; the rest i had three days later; it was still wonderful. thanks ryan for the two free drink cards. it's too bad rouladen is seasonal. i hope to make it in this week to once again take advantage of this tasty dish. dale de villers

went to hagemeisters monday evening with my wife. service and food were excellent; however, we were a little irritated because we continuously noticed an employee on her phone in the middle of the dining room...multiple times! she walked past out table several times, took her phone out, and was completely oblivious to the customers sitting at the tables around her. we pointed her out to our server who told us that she is a manager! looks horribly tacky and unprofessional.

i had the tenderloin sandwich and it was very tender and flavorful.

poor service. i have been here twice, both times were a disappointment.

i ordered the rueben the first time, it came out cold & all the meat was lapped on it in the corner of the sandwich. the waitress slaps it down on the table & walks away...i wanted to have some horseradish / thousand island dressing...it was 20 minutes before we saw our server again. i asked a manager @ about the 10 minute mark, and it still took 10 more minutes. the second time i went there, i sat at a high table, next to the bar area...i was with a friend, we asked for menus, and in our 45 minutes sitting there, no one showed up. again, asked the host / manager 20 minutes in...still didn't see anyone. we left with nothing.

huge disappointment. took my parnets and children to dinner. we were hoping for a nice friday fish dinner. i had baked cod. it was bone dry and bland. my husband and parnets did not finish their perch plates. it was very bad. the crinkle cut fries were worse than frozen store bought.

wait staff is a mess, owners and managers take no pride in this business.

the whole place is a huge waste of money.
