extremely poor service. we arrived at 6pm and were 3rd on the list for a table. we were a party of 8. after waiting for 1 1/2 hours, weaskedwhat the problem was. we were told that one of the 2 large tables would have to vacate before we could be seated. we noted that one of the large tables was occupied by 2 people for over 1/2 hours. then weaskedfor 2 tables to be put together. we were told that then they would have to call in extra waiters. weaskedif we could be seated immediately inside. we were but then had to wait 45 minutes for our food. one hamburger was so raw that it was hardly edible but that person was so hungry that she ate the edges rather than return the food to be recooked. we filled out a complaint form and our waitress said she would deliver it directly to the manager. we did not see the manager that evening nor have we heard anything yet. we were not offered a discount, appetizer, dessert, nothing.

poor service. i have been here twice, both times were a disappointment.

i ordered the rueben the first time, it came out cold & all the meat was lapped on it in the corner of the sandwich. the waitress slaps it down on the table & walks away...i wanted to have some horseradish / thousand island dressing...it was 20 minutes before we saw our server again. iaskeda manager @ about the 10 minute mark, and it still took 10 more minutes. the second time i went there, i sat at a high table, next to the bar area...i was with a friend, weaskedfor menus, and in our 45 minutes sitting there, no one showed up. again,askedthe host / manager 20 minutes in...still didn't see anyone. we left with nothing.
