actually looking forward to eat on this restaurant because of the good reviews. i tried several brick oven pizza place and it really amazed me.

we ordered meat pizza and five cheese, ariabita, and carbonara.

ambience: good. however, we can smell the smoke inside the restaurant.

pizza: so-so. i've tasted other brick oven pizza that will really bring the italian vibe. it was not worth the price.

pasta: so-so. not happy at all. serving was very little for the price and taste is just too bland.

verdict: just an average restaurant. money-wise i will opt to eat on other pizza and pasta place.

still as good as when i tried gino’s when it opened a few years back in salcedo, makati. the spicy honey is a must with the pizza. i recommend s.m.egg, bacon gouda and the five cheese pizzas. for pasta, must try the salted egg, bolognese, aglio olio and carbonara. of course, we always get the burrata and prosciutto di parma for appetizers.

my favorite pizza place coz of their honey with chilli sauce👅 their pizzas are soft and flavourful. if i could just eat here everyday, i would. also liked theur burrata cheese.

compared the their makati branch, this branch was not too good. i the food tasted a bit off and the pizza was weirdly sour. we ended uo not finishing our food. the makati branch was great tho.

super love their 4-cheese pizza with honey. i didn’t know they blend so well. they have sophisticated interior but the price of the food is not intimidating. also love their salted egg pasta- must try. will definitely go back here!

i ordered the prosciutto with kesong puti pizza. at first it looked okay. however, when i tried to get a slice, the entire pizza was so soggy. plus, as you can see in my picture below, it had a hole in it. taste-wise, not enough prosciutto, overall profile is bland.

sorry but this restaurant is overrated.

i love their pizza and i frequent their original branch so i was sad when i tasted my aglio oloo and carbinara

it was too salty

as if there was some kitchen mishap that spilled the entire salt shaker in the pasta sauce :(
it lacks garlic flavor which is the main taste of and pasta dish.

leaving this review disappointed. :(

the foods served were very tasty and also the servings were timely. the service personnel are kind to answer the customer needs. also the ambience was good as well. it was a good casual dining :)

i love their pasta! it is indeed to die for. i ordered their lemon mushroom pasta and arrabbiata for my friend. i was able to taste arrabbiata too and i love them both. the pasta was cooked perfectly and the richeness of the sauce is incredible. this review could have been 5 if only ate listen carefully while taking my orders. she forgot one of my order which is pizza (sad). bit disappointed kasi the place is famous with their pizza. we have not yet left the place but we're already talking about going back their to taste thier pizza.

i occasionally crave for their uniquely flavored pizza. what makes it a bit different than a regular pizza is the fusion of italian herbs (basil) with filipino ingredients that are rather native - kesong puti primarily and our local honey (i think). it's one of those pizzas that you'll surely never forget and will leave a mark on your taste buds.

the ambience is nice, the place is clean, the service was quick and the staff were extremely accomodating. the food was decent, but i think the food was not as authentic to italian cuisine as i had hoped. the aglio olio was cream-based instead of oil-based and was pretty bland. the all-meat pizza lacked a bit more flavor. overall, it was an alright visit.

...the pasta was the highlight of the night! every single bite brings joy.. the servers were very accommodating and had in depth knowledge of the menu.. a good place to spend dinner with friends!

gino's has been a favorite because they serve really good italian food.

ambiance - 3.5/5.0
the place looks like the italian restaurants in the movies -- brick walls and boards plus some photos of the ingredients they use. however, the insects roaming around are annoying to be honest. i hope they can do something about it.

service - 3.5/5.0
the service is pretty good except that the servers lack attentiveness. i was asking for warm water yet they gave me cold water.

food - 4.0/5.0
pesto pasta
- the pesto is really rich in flavor -- nutty but not too oily. also, the cheese is too good as it balances the strong flavor of pesto without overpowering it.

bacon and sausage pizza
i did not know nor distinguished where is the bacon and where is the sausage so i suggest for them to work on the flavors.

i will go back because of its value for money and quality food.

definitely love the food 💯 though the angelizzas got kinda burnt but still it’s good. also we’ve as well ordered salami pizza and the bolognese pasta and the taste was what we’ve expected.

i super love their pizzas and pastas!!! and their spicy honey goes really well with the pizza! also, their staff are very polite and efficient!
