great quality pizza and pasta! servings can be pretty small for a family of 6 that has a big appetite. we ended up ordering 3 pizzas, 4 pasta dishes, 2 pitchers of iced tea, and salad. i think the servings would be enough for 1-2 people though.

the winner for us was the lemon mushroom pasta. definitely a must-try! they give you half a slice of lemon, so you can control how tangy you want it to be. i like it lemony. we loved it so much that we got two orders.

it's nice to put the spicy honey on the pizza, especially the four cheese one.

we also got salted egg pasta, bolognese pasta, prosciutto pizza, and all meat pizza. my brother said the salted egg pasta was good, although it was "nakakaumay" towards the end. the bolognese pasta wasn't that great. the prosciutto pizza was pretty good. i didn't get to try the all meat one. not very fond of having too much meat in my pizza.

overall, a great experience. :)

david is not a fan of artisan pizza, but ohhhhh boy --- gino's turned him into a fanatic!

we came from venice piazza, but thought, there's not one good restaurant there that would satisfy our italian cravings. so, we decided to change parking from mckinley to serendra.

gino is a gem and a standout in the many superb restaurants in serendra. the place was full, but we were able to get seats instantly. the staff were courteous and knowledgeable of their menu.

like always, he gets to choose the pizza and mine's the pasta. he picked smegg and since i'm craving for something with citrus on it, i chose lemon mushroom. we also requested for additional prosciutto in our pizza.

the smegg is a winner! our favorite breakfast staple, e-g-g on top of pizza, w-o-w! first bite of the dough and i know from david's eye that he fell in love again, with a pizza. the ingredients were so fresh; homemade sausage, garlic mushroom and egg. it was perfectly baked in the oven -- melts in your mouth! 🍕

the pasta's presentation was simple. they also were not jokin' with the name "lemon mushroom". on the side was a 3/4 slice of gigantic lemon; not like what we usually get from other restaurants. they also have a heap amount of mushrooms on it. the savory taste of the white sauce perfectly blends with the citrus.

food grows on david first, before he appreciates it. gino's -- one for the books! we'll definitely go back!

so i went here a while ago with a friend to catch up on things after not seeing him for a very long time. we figured we should just order one pizza for both of us so that we could still try other food shops in the area. we easily agreed on smegg because it was not that pricey for a whole pizza and the ingredients on it seemed enough to satiate our hunger. and guess what?

best pizza i've ever tasted!

i've tasted a lot of pizzas in this lifetime already but nothing came close to the feeling of having that first bite of smegg pizza. i easily downed 3 large slices! i liked that the pizza dough was thin but not too crispy. it will alleviate the worst of your hunger but still leave room for more. i also think that the toppings really complement each other, especially the gouda cheese and the egg. i don't think i'll ever look at pizzas the same way again after this.

i'm glad they opened a branch here in bgc since the katipunan branch was my go to place for my pizza cravings before. their prosciutto pizza is a must try. love how they make their dough and the tomato sauce that they use is perfect is you are a red sauce fan. their pastas are also ok but i still think they are known for their pizzas.

on the recommendation of a "foodie " colleague gave this a go. service was very good and food was good for those not in search of "authentic " italian pie. have a great crust, but when you slide a slice off an oily plate and the center of the slice is soggy somethings wrong. kusong puti is great if you are again not in search of a true italian slice. the caprese salelad had a great presentation again with the kusong puti. they infused a pesto with is normally plain voo, which was very nice. the puti was not as firm as mozzarella and a bit weak in its consistency. slightly disappointed, but a good food experience.

i always come here whenever i crave for that perfect brick oven pizza which reminds me so much of the pizzas in naples, italy. all their pizza are worth a try but my faves are bianca verde and four cheese for the pasta i always go for salted egg pasta and burrata for appetizer. i'll keep coming back! 👍🏻👌🏻😋

much appreciated, the patience gino's staff has, since my friends and i were here for a good part of almost 3 hours :)))

i think we ordered a good amount of food - around 4 pizzas (meat, smegg, bacon and gouda, buffalo chicken), 3 pastas (salted egg, the one with bacon (hah), stuffed chicken), the burrata caprese, and pitchers of drinks we couldn't keep track of lol.

meat is definitely my favorite pizza, since the meat doesn't overwhelm the whole thing. like, there's just enough on the slice that you can tell it's definitely a meat pizza, but "just enough" doesn't mean it's lacking. the cheese helps cut through the heartiness of the meat as well. stuffed chicken pasta is a winner as well, even if it's a bit salty, and the lemonade was just right as well, not too sweet and not too tart.

i think there's a bit of everything for everyone, so gino's is a safe bet if you want pizza and pasta! (but definitely don't miss out on the burrata caprese haha, the pesto they have on the bottom was a nice surprise lol)

ordered smegg pizza, fresh cherry tomatoes on the side, and a pitcher of kalamansi juice. pizza tasted good (although a bit burnt) and the kalamansi juice tasted like it was freshly-squeezed (not from the usual watered-down concentrate). service is fast too!

went to gino's with my mom for a late lunch one afternoon while taking a rest from errands!

read most, if not, all reviews and what to get since it was rated really high!

service was excellent.
my mom and i ordered burrata caprese, smegg pizza, & salted egg pasta!

everything was amazing!
the burrata caprese is a big ball of cheese on a bed of pesto, tomatoes, and olive oil.

the smegg pizza is a unique pizza topped with sausages, mushroom, & egg.
it tastes amazing with their spicy honey.

last is their salted egg pasta. it tastes like carbonara but instead, uses salted egg to give it a unique twist.

will always go back to try new items :)

best italian restaurant in the ph that i've been too (yet)! we ordered the smegg pizza, salted egg pasta and the burrata salad and it was no doubt the best italian food i had since i came back in the ph. i have worked as a cook in an italian restaurant for a year and i know my way around italian cuisine, and i could say they really nailed it. they make their own pastas and pizza which is + points. i love their honey glaze on pizza, and even on the burrata! i cant believe they kept the bottle of honey on the table, i can finish a whole bottle if i want too but of course i had the decency to not do it haha. will definitely come back and bring the whole family with me.

friends have told me about this place before but i really haven't been able to go til they opened up a branch in serendra. ok - i must admit that when i ate there that 1 saturday for lunch, i ate there again the next day. that's how much i liked the food!

my bf and i ordered the sausage pizza and salted egg pasta on day 1. the following day, we got the bianca verde pizza and the bacon sausage pasta. both great combinations!

what we liked most of all was the spicy honey sauce that just added so much sweet & tangy flavors wondefully. add a tad of tabasco and you're set for life.

gino's is reasonably priced and items are portioned well.

we will definitely go here again to try more stuff. i heard the burrata is also good so maybe that one next!

i love the burrata caprese, the ball of mozzarella goodness sitting on a top of pesto, arugula and with cherry tomatoes. i enjoyed the zesty pesto flavor and creamy goodness of the cheese.

the tomato basil pasta is so far my favorite. the simplicity of the garlic and basil paired with tomatoes will give you an authentic hearty meal.

the margherita pizza is the bomb. kesong puti, fresh basil and cherry tomatoes? what more could i ask for?

for a cheese lover like me, i would recommend bianca verde. olive oil, kesong puti, ricotta, parmesan cheese and garlic? hell yeah!
