gino's brick oven pizza

went to ginos at bgc sunday evening. gino's is great for pizza and pasta!

got the iced tea carafe. then the ricotta on fried bread. this is superb. thecheeseon top of the tasty toast fried with evoo! heavenly!

next came the butter parmigiano pasta. lovely taste of parmesan pervades this dish

finally, smegg! sausage, mushrooms, egg and gouda. love the gino's pizza crust - crisp yet not too crisp. the flavor of the mushrooms, gouda and runny eggs was exquisite.

best pizza in bgc in my opinion.

their pastas are made fresh which suits me since i am very picky with noodles. i love their 4cheesepizza, as well as margherita pizza.

fresh dalandan juice is so refreshing specially in summer

i love the pizza here! i always order thecheesepizza for delivery and they pack honey with chilli, which gods perfect with mycheesepizza :)

if you’re not a fan of authentic cheeses and you prefer the creamy one, i advise you not to get pizza. i think they are usingcheesethat you can almost taste the strong fermented flavor (almost similar to smell of molds) but that’s what reallycheeseare. the pizza dough were fresh.

the pasta arabbiata is a must try. spicy but really compliments with the weird taste of the pizza.

it's been years since i've been to gino's but the food is still great! my favorite is their fourcheesepizza that has mozzarella, ricotta, bluecheeseand parmesan. as well as their burrata classic with prosciutto. everytime i eat at gino's, i always add honey on burratacheeseand prosciutto which makes it taste even better. as for the other pizza we tried, my friend ordered their margherita pizza which was also good but i still preferred their fourcheesepizza. the price for what we've ordered was around 1200php which was good for 4 persons. happy to have tried it again!

still as good as when i tried gino’s when it opened a few years back in salcedo, makati. the spicy honey is a must with the pizza. i recommend s.m.egg, bacon gouda and the fivecheesepizzas. for pasta, must try the salted egg, bolognese, aglio olio and carbonara. of course, we always get the burrata and prosciutto di parma for appetizers.

gino's has been a favorite because they serve really good italian food.

the place looks like the italian restaurants in the movies -- brick walls and boards plus some photos of the ingredients they use. however, the insects roaming around are annoying to be honest. i hope they can do something about it.

service - 3.5/5.0
the service is pretty good except that the servers lack attentiveness. i was asking for warm water yet they gave me cold water.

food - 4.0/5.0
pesto pasta
- the pesto is really rich in flavor -- nutty but not too oily. also, thecheeseis too good as it balances the strong flavor of pesto without overpowering it.

bacon and sausage pizza
i did not know nor distinguished where is the bacon and where is the sausage so i suggest for them to work on the flavors.

i will go back because of its value for money and quality food.

to be perfectly honest, i enjoyed the crust more than the actual topping. we tried the pesto walnut pizza and the fourcheesebut they were both too bitter which did not harmonize at all to the already bitter charred crust. the candied walnuts were a big miss for me. it made the pizza lack a savory note since it was just walnuts, olive oil and basil.

the place was intimate, clean and the service was good. i like how professional yet courteous the staff were to us.

i ordered the tomato basil, spaghetti with tomato sauce, basil, garlic, parmesan and parmigiano reggiano, while my hubby had a fourcheesepizza with extra sausages added into it. it was all superb!

gino's is turning out to be my favorite pizza place next to pizza hut (yes, because of the stuffed crust). it was my daughter's birthday so we hied away to nearby serendra to celebrate.  parking is no problem because you can park either at serendra basement or market market or high st. we ordered the burrata with bread for appetizers.  for pizza, we ordered the bomb and for the pasta, we ordered salted egg and lemon mushroom.  what we ordered is good for 4 persons. i love gino's burratacheeseand bread.  thecheeseis freshly made and is perfect with the arugula leaves that come with it and the freshly baked bread.  the bomb pizza is my favorite with the balsamic onions giving the sweet taste over the tangy blue cheese. the salted egg pasta has the right creaminess to it and it goes well with the crispy bacon. the lemon mushroom pasta is also quite tasty with fresh mushrooms used (not the canned variety).  gino's is good eats without burning a hole in your pocket. overall, my rating for gino's would be:

simple but flavorful dishes. the tomato basil costs 205php and the bomb pizza- balsamic onions, mushrooms, mozzarella, and bluecheesecosts 405. i don't think everyone will like these dishes but italian cuisine lovers (like me) will definitely enjoy these dishes. place has nice interior, but it's relatively small and has no washroom.

i really want to try this pizza restaurant because of its high ratings here in zomato.

when i finally eat here, it isn't what i expected. it's different from what i'm craving.

also, their dishes is kinda extremes, very salty and very sweet. they have spicy honey which i put in my pasta, i find it really weird actually.

we order fourcheesepizza, it is good but too salty for me, though, i like how they cook their pizza.
we order two kind of pasta, carbonara and bacon sausage , still too salty for me, and i think for the price the serving is small.

i order a crack pie, it's too sweet, it's like i'm eating sugar.

what i enjoyed there is their appetizer called angelina, it's really yummy.

i would like to commend their staffs they really are nice and attentive, also their interiors my bf like it.

overall, i think, i won't go back here, because this isn't my type of food.

not impressed with their smeg pizza not sure why a lot of people are going gaga on this one. the taste is not good, it lacks cheese, the sausage and mushrooms don't taste good. i have tried their bolognese as well nothing special about it. however, their 4cheesepizza is very delicious. also, their servers lacks customer service training. they don't even smile at you. all in all it was not a good experience.

craving for italian pasta and pizza? well, you found the right place to be.. first time to try this place with my girlfriend and man, your cravings will definitely be satisfied.

we ordered carbonara, pesto and our favorite fourcheesepizza (pics attached). all three are very delicious and well presented, most especially their pesto. of all the retaurant i tried, their pesto looks peculiar but don't get me wrong, it is very scrumptious. will definitely be coming back to thry their other dishes.

salted egg pasta is the best!!! cant get enough of this. for the pizza, i'd go for fourcheeseor smeg. the gino's spicy honey is super yummy too. 😊
