worstservicei have ever experienced, no corporate to talk too. tried to at least talk to the manager but she said she did no wrong. don't go. so glad umami opened its 100%better

mixed feelings. great sushi, and the yum yum sauce is exceptional, butserviceis not great and gets really pricey after 3:00. we tried to reserve this place for a college graduation dinner expecting over 20 guests, and they refused to take our reservation. went to another hibachi grill in town, where they gladly took our reservation.

i like fuji the best. theserviceis awesome...food is delicious.

my third and last time visiting fuji as theservicewas not up to par this go round. ordered steak and shrimp, which cost $20.50 w/o tax, not realizing that if i wasn't the server's type of customer that i would be given the scraps at the table. he fed the young women at the table then gave me what he had left. not to mention i had the biggest ticket at the table. who do you complain to? no one, as the waiter looked helpless and the chef basically told me to stuff it. i will not be going back again.

thoroughly unimpressed and extremely disappointed!. so i ordered the shrimp tempura appetizer-- which you would think would be dominated by, oh, i don't know, shrimp-- however, there were only two pieces of shrimp, and seven pieces of vegetable tempura. i mean, look, i get it. i'm supposed to eat my vegetables. thanks for your concern regarding my health, fuji. but *only two pieces* of shrimp for $8?? i even complained to the server about it, and she simply said, "that's what we do here. the appetizer is two pieces of shrimp, and the entree is five." are you kidding me? how the heck did i pay $8 for two pieces of shrimp tempura?!?!

my boyfriend, who was sitting on the other side of the awkwardly spaced booth, ordered chicken teriyaki. i've had better chicken teriyaki at literally any mall food court. the meat was tough and most likely frozen at some point in time. the sauce was very weak.

theservicewas just ok. glad for the experience, but definitely not recommending it, nor going back.

i went here on a busy night for the first time. the sushi is average. theservicewas not good. in total i was really not impressed! gave it another try on a late friday night. there were only a couple other guests in the place. we had a roll which was pretty good. there sashimi is not recommended and theservicewas horrible once again. we sat at the sushi bar both times. i hate to say it, but i will never go back.

sushi special is good. i used to go to mt. fuji once a week and always enjoyed their lunch sushi special (around $9.99). it comes with soup, salad, nigiri, and a sushi roll of your choice. as long as you go on tuesday - friday it's good. on monday's it's a bit fishy tasting.serviceis on the slow side so i suggest you sit at the sushi bar since it's quick.

ugh. coming back from a short vacation and trip, i decided that i wanted to eat sushi on my last day off. i walked in to fuji for the first time, and i "sign in??" perhaps that had something to do with the alcohol, which i didn't order. as i'm looking at my menu, the table in front of me start arguing with the waiter, and 3 of the 4 people send back their food. later, one of those 3 send it back again. this should have been a clue. i look at the menu and find that it is quite expensive. i order some sushi and two rolls. the place was pretty empty, and yet theservicewas slow. i ran out of tea, and was never offered more, until i was ready to leave. the sushi was served without the usual wasabi, and did not look appetizing. the sushi was horrible. the rice was overcooked, the fish was sort of dry, and definitely not fresh. they compensated for this by putting extra wasabi on it. nasty nasty!

fortunately, i eat sushi regularly, so i know what sushi is supposed to taste like. had this been my very first time, i would never have eaten it again. even now, whenever i eat sushi, i think about the carp i ate here.

bento box. love this place.... i've been here a couple of times for lunch while working in the area. the bento box is my favourite. it has sushi, a small roll & seaweed salad, the perfect lunch!! theserviceis great as is the quality of the food, you won't be disappointed.
