not worth the price. this was my first time trying fuji, though i've eaten at many japanese steakhouses and sushi restaurants. i ordered shrimp tempura as an appetizer which was to consist of 4 battered shrimp and vegetables. the waiter brought me 2 shrimp. i did not point out his mistake which i should have.
my hibachi combination platter was to include soup, salad, and 2 jumbo shrimp. i was given both the soup and salad but not the shrimp. although the meal itself was tasty, the portion paled in comparison to other restaurants like this one for the same price.
if you want a good japanese steakhouse, try benihana in little rock.
