it's really a hit or miss here. some of the cooks are awesome and give you equal portions among the table. others play favorites and will portion really unfair. multiple times my friend & i have gone and we'd order the same thing but get 2 very different portions.. especially on the meat. also, they don't quite understand the difference between medium or well done. steak is either red or beef jerky. there's rarely an in between. the waitresses are horrible. you'll be lucky to get a refill. the yum yum sauce is the best in conway which is what keeps me coming back. lunch specials are also awesome. you get the same portion of food at lunch as you will at dinner for half the price.. wouldn't eat here for dinner unless it was a special occasion that we couldn't do lunch. lol.

very ordinary! wasn't worth the money and service wasn't friendly... will not be back.

this is our favorite place! don't mind the price because the food is awesome!

my third and last time visiting fuji as the service was not up to par this go round. ordered steak and shrimp, which cost $20.50 w/o tax, not realizing that if i wasn't the server's type of customer that i would be given the scraps at the table. he fed the young women at the table then gave me what he had left. not to mention i had the biggest ticket at the table. who do you complain to? no one, as the waiter looked helpless and the chef basically told me to stuff it. i will not be going back again.

very good but pricey, best value is at lunch

thoroughly unimpressed and extremely disappointed!. so i ordered the shrimp tempura appetizer-- which you would think would be dominated by, oh, i don't know, shrimp-- however, there were only two pieces of shrimp, and seven pieces of vegetable tempura. i mean, look, i get it. i'm supposed to eat my vegetables. thanks for your concern regarding my health, fuji. but *only two pieces* of shrimp for $8?? i even complained to the server about it, and she simply said, "that's what we do here. the appetizer is two pieces of shrimp, and the entree is five." are you kidding me? how the heck did i pay $8 for two pieces of shrimp tempura?!?!

my boyfriend, who was sitting on the other side of the awkwardly spaced booth, ordered chicken teriyaki. i've had better chicken teriyaki at literally any mall food court. the meat was tough and most likely frozen at some point in time. the sauce was very weak.

the service was just ok. glad for the experience, but definitely not recommending it, nor going back.

i just went to this restaurant and i am shocked at the quality of the food. i am even more shocked at the attitude of the owner! we ordered the fillet mignon medium rare and lthe lobster. the food was in edible! the fillet mignon was well done and the lobster was so rubbery and hard you couldn't even chew it! okay you get bad food every once in awhile everywhere it happensi i didn't want to make a scene at the table with the rest of our group so i went up to the front and spoke to the manager who directed me to the owner. i proceeded to tell the owner how bad the food lwas and said he would go talk to the cook. i said nothing else because i thought he would take care of it. the bill came he did nothing on the bill... this was $160 bill for 5 people. we paid the bill and everyone left except me... again i do not want to make a scene. i went up to the owner and i said you did nothing on our bill and he laughed at me. i went really we just spent $160 and again he laughed...ha ha ha!! we have gone to this restaurant many many times we will never go back again!!! i have never seen such disrespect from an owner in my whole entire life!! it's like he doesn't even realize because of us (consumers) he is in business. plus the food was subpar nowhere near the quality that you would expext on a $25 dish. i'm not even sure what the filet mignon was but i promise you it was not fillet mignon. just know you have been warned if you decide to go there....

i have been eating here at least twice a month for yrs. i normally live this place. tonight was my son's 16th birthday. my dad, my husband and i, took him out. i ordered my usual, as did my son, which was a filet. both tasted spoiled. i have never complained about anything here, till tonight. the manager brought another "filet", which wasn't even a filet!! she never checked back with us. i just paid for all and left all of them. number one, the juices from the spoiled one were all over my rice and vegetables! i was scared to even bring it home to my dog! i don't know if i'll go back or not. won't be for awhile!

great sushi and hibachi!. fuji is the best in conway, we always make it a point to come here when we travel. their sushi is always fresh, which is not easy to do in arkansas and the hibachi is always cooked right. the hibachi chefs are always entertaining as well. i have never had a bad meal here and that keeps me coming back!

only good thing to say was table was clean; server no help, didn't seem to care to suggest or maybe didn't even know; inferior food for sure! bland sushi; my stomach felt queasy rest of the day:(

absolutely love the fried rice and yum yum sauce. not a sushi place. don't get it. live everything else!!

my family loves having our food cooked in front of us. very creative an the chefs are playful. the food there is like no other. you can't compare the great food to any other place

not for sushi. the hibachi is good, although the "routines" are all the same, but the sushi is awful!! slimy and not made as described. i always ask for no cavier and they always put it on there anyway, the fish is not fresh.

ordinary. our dinner tonight was ordinary. the tako su was good. the tuna tataki was not fresh. the rolls were unimaginative and flavorless. the chicken fried rice tasted like it was fried one too many times. while i enjoyed the ambiance and service, this was not one of my favorite sushi experiences by a long shot.

i went here on a busy night for the first time. the sushi is average. the service was not good. in total i was really not impressed! gave it another try on a late friday night. there were only a couple other guests in the place. we had a roll which was pretty good. there sashimi is not recommended and the service was horrible once again. we sat at the sushi bar both times. i hate to say it, but i will never go back.
