three trips and counting. this is agreatlittle italian place that is in an old house. the sauce is all made in-house, fresh and delicious. the wait staff are like old friends even though you just met them. we've made it over here three times to eat, but we've driven over more than that, we just keep finding them closed (we always forget the hours). even my picky eater (the daughter) loves frank's. man, just writing this review i got hungry for frank's!

best ever. perfect down home italian withgreatatmosphere andgreathelp that really treats you like family. i order the combination, as it has spaghetti, ravioli, and lasagna and it is inexpensive and great! i urge every one that visits corpus that they will love it and have a blast

once is enough!!!!. got to frank's withgreatanticipation and a very good appetite. to say i was dissapointed is putting it mildly.what a bummer! super bland food, no taste period.i tried to doctor it with salt and pepper and some of the
parmesan at the table.i finally got up and poked in the kitchen to find the waiter and asked for some crushed red pepper that i'm sure has been sitting there for a few years because of the very dark color. don't this folks know to throw out old condiments?...evidently not...we both left our food on the plates ...why even bring it home? never again!!!!

really good food!greatpeople too!. as a visitor to corpus, it was nice to find a little local place to eat. the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, and the staff was really attentive and gracious. i had the chicken parmasian and it was good, as was the bread and salad i got. the death by chocolate was also tasty. will defineately visit again when i'm in town.

great lunch. had lunch at frank's on friday the 26th of april. excellent food and servicegreatatmosphere and will recommend completely. had the chicken parmesan and my wife had the egg plant parmesan and both were excellent.

awesome! the food was great, the waitstaff was oddly dressed (street clothes, no uniforms) and the atmosphere was quant authentic. frank sold the place to our waiters grandmother in 1980, before he was born, and he knows alot and talks alot which was good and bad ( he kept talking to us as our soup and salad was brought to the table) ...overall our anniversary dinner wasgreatand will definatly go again! this just might have become our traditional anniversary dinner spot!

romantic.greatfood, service, and atmosphere. i never dreamed i would like eggplant parmesan, wow! my spouse had the lasagna which wasgreatalso. i just love the old building and decor. very comfortable and definitely good value. we spent less $ than we would have at olive garden.

so awesome!. this place is dark, romantic, and very delicious! the prices are only slightly higher than chains like olive garden but the quality of the food is so much higher and you can taste the love in each dish. the red sauce they use is made in house and has to simmer for 6 hours to concentrate the flavor. my favorite is the chicken alfredo and a side of the garlic bread. the alfredo has hints of pepper and nutmeg which work together to form a delicious barely sweet but extremely savory dish perfectly complemented by the intense garlic flavor of the bread. if you need agreatplace to go on a date, this is it!

great service and food. my girlfriend and i went to frank's for dinner tired of the regular microwaved protions from the olive garden and were surprised at how good franks was i had heard good things for awhile but never been, it was deffinetly a good experience from the friendly and helpfull staff to thegreatfood.
