beautiful restaurant. that's all i have nice to say. never had a refill of my water, orderedchickenand got eggplant and then was told that our table confused her(only one person asked for a change from what was on the menu), the eggplant that was ordered took 20 more minutes and an eggplant that was ordered was a combo ofchickenand eggplant. very odd. asked for dessert to go and it came out in a small cup....very disappointing

still good after all these years.... it had been at least 10 years since i had been here with my parents, and we decided to go since it had been so long. it was good back then, and it was refreshingly good when we went two weeks ago. we each ordered a different pasta dish. my fettucine alfredo was very good, and when i asked for mushrooms to be added to the dish, the kitchen had no problem accommodating my request. my husband enjoyed hischickenparmesan, my dad enjoyed his bakedchickenpasta dish, and my mom enjoyed the classic spaghetti marinara. the house chianti was well priced and tasty. overall, we loved it and will be back again.

really good food! great people too!. as a visitor to corpus, it was nice to find a little local place to eat. the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, and the staff was really attentive and gracious. i had thechickenparmasian and it was good, as was the bread and salad i got. the death by chocolate was also tasty. will defineately visit again when i'm in town.

great!. i went to franks with a very large group, over 20. service was great, even though it was our first time there they made us feel like we were regulars. the only thing better than the service was the food. i had pizza and my wife hadchickenparm, both were great

delicious!. loved this quaint little place. serving classic italian american fare. this is a really family business, with the children trying to help out with service where they can. the menu was somewhat limited. but everything was delicious. the wife got fettucini alfredo with grilledchickenand loved it. i went with a sample platter (spaghetti, beef ravioli, and lasagna). all server delicious! we did not try the pizza, but it looked very good. we would recommend this place to anyone in corpus.

frank's has a unique atmosphere, the owner takes pride i'm the restaurant. unfortunately the food had never been something i remember fondly, including dinner last night. the san marinochickentasted off and reminded me that the food the always has an off taste to it. the tomato basil soup was all cream with little taste of tomato.

wonderful experience. our first trip to frank's spaghetti house was unique. we ate there fat tuesday as a treat to the kids before the start of lent. we were seated upstairs and were the only ones up there for a while. the waiter was the restaurant owner and he was extremely friendly and fun. the service was excellent and the food was even better. all the salad dressings are homemade. the italian dressing was the best i've ever had. we ordered calamari for the kids as an appetizer and it was very good. the prices were so reasonable. my husband and i split a carafe of wine (which is like 3 glasses) for just shy of $7.00. can't beat that. i got the eggplant which was stuffed with spinach and mushrooms and cheese and just melted in my mouth. my son got the veal which he said was the best he ever had. the younger kids split a homemade pizza. everything was good. my husband loved thechickenparmesan. we got dessert too, which we don't normally do. we can recommend the turtle cheesecake, the death by chocolate and the cannoli. the ambiance was really cool. loved the claw foot bathtub in the bathroom! the waiter/owner gave us a thorough history of the building and restaurant which my kids enjoyed. it was one of the most pleasant evenings we've enjoyed out in a while. it felt more like we were dining at someones home than at a restaurant. we will definitely go back.

always good.. i come here every single time i am in corpus. last night my husband and i had veal parmesan, fried mushrooms, chickensan marino and tiramisu. every single dish was awesome. hardly ever do you go to a restaurant where every thing you order is very good. my husband's veal melted in his mouth it was so good. anyway, if you are in corpus christi, venture over to frank's - it is worth the effort!

so awesome!. this place is dark, romantic, and very delicious! the prices are only slightly higher than chains like olive garden but the quality of the food is so much higher and you can taste the love in each dish. the red sauce they use is made in house and has to simmer for 6 hours to concentrate the flavor. my favorite is thechickenalfredo and a side of the garlic bread. the alfredo has hints of pepper and nutmeg which work together to form a delicious barely sweet but extremely savory dish perfectly complemented by the intense garlic flavor of the bread. if you need a great place to go on a date, this is it!
