in response to "never again". just so everyone knows, this is coming from one of the bartenders at four pegs. i was the "cold person" behind the bar who served the people who wrote the review "never again." and i wanted to clarify a few things. first of all, we were busy that night and i was sending back one entree order every 3 minutes for 3 straight hours, so our kitchen was a little backed up. nevertheless, it did not take a hour for them to get there burgers. they were not even there for a hour. i also tried explaining that certain items can get backed up if everybody orders the same thing, while other items can be made faster if they don't require the same parts of the kitchen to make as the backed up items. i guess he didn't think that was a sufficient answer. as for "the cheesy goop," that was due to a kitchen error that caused them to get free poutine. i didn't realize that they had received poutine by mistake until after they left, but if they had asked, we could have made fresh fries for free in three to five minutes. finally, in addition to apologizing for the wait, i even went so far as to give them a coupon for a free app for their next visit. but i guess they won't be using it. i know that you can't please them all, but i wanted the record to stand that i at least tried.
