the real thing!. when we want pizza, this is where we go. real neopolitan pizza made with real italian flour and san marzano tomatoes and the dough bakes up with a rustic char. choppedsaladsare always fresh and try the honey balsamic vinaigrette. good glass of nw wines for the price.

delicious!. flatbread always hasdelicous pizzas, flatbreads,saladsand desserts. staff is always friendly. one time we got seated and were forgotten about for about 20 min. i went up to the bar and told them and they more than made it right by giving us free desserts! my favorite pizza place in meridian!

delicious. i'm relatively new to boise and this summer my brother and i made it a goal to try all the pizza in boise and find the best. we made it to about 20 places before we found fco. and we stopped. this was not only one of the best pizza's we found in boise, it was one of the best i've had anywhere. my whole family is seriously addicted. and i love that it only takes five minutes for them to get a pizza ready for takeout. thesaladsare great too.

we try to dine at fco once a week. great fresh ingredients, well trained staff, & it's close (meridian or boise/bown crossing). kids will love making their own pizza and watching it cook in the open oven. thesaladsare excellent and some monthly specials are worth the visit (billy bad boy). go treat yourself - you'll love it too!!

try everything!. the flat-bread pizza is excellent but so is everything else. try the mac and cheese, it is the best i have ever had. also thesaladsare the best, really fresh and have great dressings. the great thing about a flat-bread pizza is that the flavor extenuated by the bread not absorbed like most pizzas.

this food would easily be two to three times as much in new york or chicago. 5 stars in my opinion.

bestsaladsever!. i know i should be complimenting flatbread on their excellent pizza, but i am a die-hard fan of their fabuloussaladstoo! every time i come to boise i have to stop by fco for another delightful meal. flatbread's service is always attentive and friendly too. i can't compliment the managegment enough. mille grazi for your fine restaurant!

best pizza in boise area. thesaladsare great too. at lunch you can get a mini pizza and a salad for under $10.00.
