my friend and i sat at the bar and ordered cocktails and appetizers. we had theflatbreadand the stuffed mushrooms. both were great and the atmosphere is awesome too. will definitely return.

tried aflatbreadpizza, a neapolitan pizza and the prosciutto wrapped shrimp app. app and neapolitan pizza were good and the pot roast and potatoflatbreadwas excellent. server couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. this isn't your cheap and large college pizza place but more focused on quality and flavors. i can't wait to go back.

like it!. great pizza (and the only other place i eat pizza is at guidos) and nice atmosphere. was first introduced toflatbreadwhen we received a gift card from my s-i-l who really likes it as well.

i went here last time i visited my daughter and had a wonderful dinner on the terrace. i drove this time for a visit, and we went right toflatbreadwhen i got to town, i was really disappointed! the pizza came out quick, and was just warm. very soggy, and everything fell off the crust. about 10 minutes later out caesar salad came and it was terrible! dry, no cheese and terrible croutons! the waitress was very nice and brought us extra dressing, but we had been there awhile and were kind of over it. good staff, great atmosphere, the food was very marginal. best thing was the pepperoni on the pizza. might give it one more try next trip as it is close to my daughters house!

best macaroni and cheese. ever.. their pizza is fabulous, but it's not enough to make me bypass tony's, down the street, who makes wonderful and roughly equal neopolitan pizza. what makes me pass tony's and go toflatbreadis their absolutely amazing macaroni and cheese for which i'd pay good money for the recipe. mac and cheese is a favorite of mine and i've tried it all over downtown, but no one can compare to flatbread. sorry.

delicious!.flatbreadalways hasdelicous pizzas, flatbreads, salads and desserts. staff is always friendly. one time we got seated and were forgotten about for about 20 min. i went up to the bar and told them and they more than made it right by giving us free desserts! my favorite pizza place in meridian!

great place!. i have been toflatbreada countless number of times now, and have never been disappointed. the food is so fresh and always perfect. while it's easy to rack up a bill, my husband and i can share a salad and a pizza and be completely full and satisfied - sometimes we even have some leftover!

the sausage-fennel pizza is amazing and their warm cookies are the perfect end to a decadent meal!

best salads ever!. i know i should be complimentingflatbreadon their excellent pizza, but i am a die-hard fan of their fabulous salads too! every time i come to boise i have to stop by fco for another delightful meal. flatbread's service is always attentive and friendly too. i can't compliment the managegment enough. mille grazi for your fine restaurant!

darn good pizza. i don't know what it is about boise and its pizza. there are several very good pizza places, and i know pizza. there are a few vpn certified pizza places in the country andflatbreadis the only one that i know of it boise. they have 4-5 pies that are vpn certified and then several others that are just as yummy.
