service was good. the cocktails were also good (bacon arugula bloody mary and raspberry lemon drop) even though they were a buck or two more than they needed to be.

we also had their mac n cheese and a personal sizedpizzawith sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms. the mac n cheese had a very good taste (smoky flavor) but was ridiculously greasy.

thepizzawas a letdown. the crust has the potential to be quite good but was made soggy by the fact their toppings had too much moisture. theirpizza"sauce" looks homemade, so kudos on that. but, you need to reduce it a bit so it is truly a sauce and not so watery. this is what destroyed what might have been a good crust. the sausage had a real grainy texture (not good) and the pepperoni looked like the tiny round pieces you'd find on a personal sized frozenpizzaat the supermarket. all in all thepizzawas surprisingly bad for the fact that they have such an awesome wood firedpizzaoven at their establishment.

all these things being said the place has a great environment.

i was looking forward to coming here. traveling for work in boise. saturday night. sitting at the bar i expected to het my margaritapizzastraight from the oven, burn my face hot, the only way for the best pizza. it was luke warm soggy. very surprised. i won't be back and won't recommend. for straight from the oven crisp thin pizza, sit at the bar at sam and joes in danvers.

tried a flatbread pizza, a neapolitanpizzaand the prosciutto wrapped shrimp app. app and neapolitanpizzawere good and the pot roast and potato flatbread was excellent. server couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. this isn't your cheap and large collegepizzaplace but more focused on quality and flavors. i can't wait to go back.

watery pizza!. my experience was not that of most of the reviewers here. i picked up mypizza(they are listed on urbanspoon under restaurants that deliver....they do not), and when i looked at my pizza, it was pretty small for a $15 pizza. i figured no problem, because theirpizzais so highly rated, and i figured it may be small, but it will be delicious. wrong....it was awful. it was cold, but the worst part was it was watery! i have never had apizzathat was watery. i almost wondered if someone had accidentally spilled water on it. really disappointing. especially, since i could have gotten mypizzafrom guido's and it would have been 3 times bigger and 20 times tastier. or i could have gone down the street to cassanova's, which also has consistently awesome pizza. live and learn i guess!

ash covered pizza. the website makes it look like an upscalepizzaestablishment, but i got an alfredo the gratepizzaand the bottom was covered in ash, small, and tasted like butt on ash. sadly, i would have gladly traded it for little ceasars

i went here last time i visited my daughter and had a wonderful dinner on the terrace. i drove this time for a visit, and we went right to flatbread when i got to town, i was really disappointed! thepizzacame out quick, and was just warm. very soggy, and everything fell off the crust. about 10 minutes later out caesar salad came and it was terrible! dry, no cheese and terrible croutons! the waitress was very nice and brought us extra dressing, but we had been there awhile and were kind of over it. good staff, great atmosphere, the food was very marginal. best thing was the pepperoni on the pizza. might give it one more try next trip as it is close to my daughters house!

the real thing!. when we want pizza, this is where we go. real neopolitanpizzamade with real italian flour and san marzano tomatoes and the dough bakes up with a rustic char. chopped salads are always fresh and try the honey balsamic vinaigrette. good glass of nw wines for the price.

best macaroni and cheese. ever.. theirpizzais fabulous, but it's not enough to make me bypass tony's, down the street, who makes wonderful and roughly equal neopolitan pizza. what makes me pass tony's and go to flatbread is their absolutely amazing macaroni and cheese for which i'd pay good money for the recipe. mac and cheese is a favorite of mine and i've tried it all over downtown, but no one can compare to flatbread. sorry.

tasty. thepizzais really good, service is usually solid, all three locations are consistent, all the kids like it, so we go here a lot. our family fav is the maple-fennel sausage.

great gluten-free pizza. this restaurant has the best gluten-freepizzai've had in idaho, hands-down. the crust has a great texture (not like that tasteless crumbly rice cracker crust most places use), and the quality ingredients set thispizzaapart from the rest.

when i saw how much flour is floating around the kitchen, i got nervous about cross-contamination, but i don't think i've ever been sick after eating here. (sometimes it's hard to tell, since i eat out so much in boise and if i get glutenated, i can't pinpoint where it came from. anyway.) the servers always reassure me that they're super careful about preparing gluten-free pizzas and flatbreads, and from what i've seen, it's true. they even welcome people to watch the preparation if they're nervous.

i love the service, i love the atmosphere, i love everything about this place. the pesto with artichoke and sun dried tomatoes is amazing, as is the margherita. try all of the flatbreads -- you can't go wrong.
