great gluten-free pizza. this restaurant has the best gluten-freepizzai've had in idaho, hands-down. the crust has a great texture (not like that tasteless crumbly rice cracker crust most places use), and the quality ingredients set thispizzaapart from the rest.
when i saw how much flour is floating around the kitchen, i got nervous about cross-contamination, but i don't think i've ever been sick after eating here. (sometimes it's hard to tell, since i eat out so much in boise and if i get glutenated, i can't pinpoint where it came from. anyway.) the servers always reassure me that they're super careful about preparing gluten-free pizzas and flatbreads, and from what i've seen, it's true. they even welcome people to watch the preparation if they're nervous.
i love the service, i love the atmosphere, i love everything about this place. the pesto with artichoke and sun dried tomatoes is amazing, as is the margherita. try all of the flatbreads -- you can't go wrong.
