flatbread neapolitan pizzeria

there is a flatbread downtown now!!!!!

happy hour was great! kids' pizzas are skimpy on toppings and cheese, however. kids enjoyed putting sauce and toppings on pizzas and watching them bake in the wood burning brick oven.

amazing pizza and salads...and milk and cookies!. the food and service is impeccable. they serve local beers and wines also! we live in the north end but this restaurant is worth the trek.

fooled by a well designed website. pizza was ok but not authentic.

everything was excellant. pizza was delicious. the presentation of the food was awesome. the wait staff was great. they were very good explaining the items on the menu and our drinks were always full.

i always get the bianco magnifico! i want to put that balsamic glaze on everything! the stuffed mushrooms were also quite good. would recommend this place!

my friend and i sat at the bar and ordered cocktails and appetizers. we had the flatbread and the stuffed mushrooms. both were great and the atmosphere is awesome too. will definitely return.

service was good. the cocktails were also good (bacon arugula bloody mary and raspberry lemon drop) even though they were a buck or two more than they needed to be.

we also had their mac n cheese and a personal sized pizza with sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms. the mac n cheese had a very good taste (smoky flavor) but was ridiculously greasy.

the pizza was a letdown. the crust has the potential to be quite good but was made soggy by the fact their toppings had too much moisture. their pizza "sauce" looks homemade, so kudos on that. but, you need to reduce it a bit so it is truly a sauce and not so watery. this is what destroyed what might have been a good crust. the sausage had a real grainy texture (not good) and the pepperoni looked like the tiny round pieces you'd find on a personal sized frozen pizza at the supermarket. all in all the pizza was surprisingly bad for the fact that they have such an awesome wood fired pizza oven at their establishment.

all these things being said the place has a great environment.

i was looking forward to coming here. traveling for work in boise. saturday night. sitting at the bar i expected to het my margarita pizza straight from the oven, burn my face hot, the only way for the best pizza. it was luke warm soggy. very surprised. i won't be back and won't recommend. for straight from the oven crisp thin pizza, sit at the bar at sam and joes in danvers.

tasty. service was great (as it has been everywhere in boise) and the food was quite good. i had the ricotta stuffed mushrooms and the quattro stagioni pizza. would recommend either dish.

tried a flatbread pizza, a neapolitan pizza and the prosciutto wrapped shrimp app. app and neapolitan pizza were good and the pot roast and potato flatbread was excellent. server couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. this isn't your cheap and large college pizza place but more focused on quality and flavors. i can't wait to go back.

the mac and cheese. amen.. i don't even like macaroni and cheese--too many boxes of it in college. but ahhh, this is beyond regular macaroni and cheese--i don't know what they put in it and i imagine my fat cells would rather not know. but holey moley, if you ever need some comfort food, head on over.

wonderful atmosphere, good food, good service. the food was delicious plus they buy locally which i appreciate. recommended!

good. a little over priced, but decent service and great food. smaller portions.
