i booked farriers for a private function on friday the 21st for 25 people. we had our own private area of the restaurant and had high quality table service. the drinks package they offered us was fantastic. the food was high quality, tasty, and the staff were incredibly attentive to three vegetarians in the group and one who was celiac. this level of attentiveness at a private function really makes a huge difference. they also offered us a verygooddeal for ‘after-drinks’ at a different venue in the hotel, which i thought was a very nice touch.

overall, it was a very successful night with staff who couldn’t do enough for us. thank you :)

great place to have brunch with little ones and to enjoy a verygoodbuffet with multiple choices of cuisine types ( asian, european, middle eastern, ) and

my friends and i visited this place for lunch after our spa at the hotel . they have a buffet lunch as well which is about aed 170 or aed 177 per person . we opted for the a la carte . we got the portobello mushroom burger served with agoodportion of fries, sea food linguine and another one of the burgers from the menu . the portions were huge. however i didn’t like the linguine as much and the burger also was just about ok . the bread they served before our food could arrive tasted reallygood. warm round breads, sesame topped bread with butter and the fries were the only few things i enjoyed . the service wasgood. the ambience also was fine .

went for the friday brunch. easy and fast reservation, and when we arrived place was packed however they had our seats ready (although in one corner with hardly any ac)!goodspread of food, live pasta, oriental, bbq and grills. cocktails were bit limp, servers though plenty needed to be called over and over again.goodspread of desserts, too. biryani was very yummy! kids play area quite far and though they had a halloween celebration, yet were out of pumpkins in an hour from start..that was quite disappointing for my kids!! they mixed up on the bill, although i had entertainer, charged me in full....quite used to this level of service now!! they had a live band but the lady couldn’t sing very well..didn’t find anyone interested in them, too!

amazing!!!! went there for eid brunch and i just can’t explain howgoodthe food was.

i did not try anything that wasn’t absolutely perfectly made and delicious. the view was fabulous and the service was very good!

was agoodplace to go for a quick business lunch with a lot of varieties for every palate. love the roast beef, it melted in my mouth. ambiance was great too.

to begin with, the hotel itself is luxury personified, the staff just go out of their way to make you feel welcome and special. 

the dinner buffet is sumptuous, extravagant and delicious. the flavors are so rich and the meats so tender.

the restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. while the inside isgoodthe outdoor is magnificent.

the breakfast buffet was also lavish with so much to chose from. the staff knew the long-term guests' preferences.

it was a definitely a feel-good experience in terms of food and service.

it was a celebration of a kind with some close friends. so been to farriers...located in the beautifully designed meydan hotel right in front of the horse racing course. quite a view!!

buffet is great...with a lot of options from all around the world in soups, salads, appetizers, main course and desserts. they have an impressive live barbecue with a variety of meat and seafood choices...being delivered to you on demand.

the ambience is quite soothing, with lots of smiling staff around guiding you.

it’s agoodplace to be with friends, family or your loved ones...if you want to be secluded for a while being lost in the world of delicious food :-)

this restaurant is based in the famous hotel the meydan which hosts major events at its racecourse. 
we have visited farriers for dinner as well as breakfast buffet as we were having our staycation in meydan hotel. the dinner buffet was agoodvariety of dishes which surprisingly included steak in main course and macaroons in dessert. overall the food was good. since we were newly married the staff was so sweet to offer us a complementary cake, we really appreciate the kind gesture. 
the restaurant is situated overlooking the racecourse which is a unique experience.
the breakfast buffet offers whole lot of options with live station for egg, again great service and friendly staff made our visits to farriers more pleasant.

went there on a friday brunch:
1. food is reallygoodespecially the salmon with saffron sauce.
2. amazing assortment, almost everything you desire.
3. great kids playing area and buffet.
4. desert section epic.
5. nice band and singer.
6. the only negative thing is the staff, they are slow and more than couple of times forgot our requests

i had visited farriers restaurant on 5th aug friday evening for dinner. we were 4 of us. i had made the reservation on 1st aug for the dinner buffet. one of us is a pure vegetarian; so i had inquired about this on the same day before making a reservation if they would have some vegetarian options to offer in the buffet.  i was informed that they will definately have options for a pure vegetarian. i was also informed that they could make a special veg biryani or a black daal on request just in case if there are not many veg options in the buffet. they only had a veg pasta nd bolied potatoes nd a yello dal and white steamed rice in the buffet for a vegetarian. when we actually requested the waiter to make a veg biryani or a black dal; the waiter immediately rejected our request saying that this is all they could offer and they couldnt make something special. on informing him about the confirmation received from the management while making the reservation; he said that he will check with his chef as to what he could make for us. he arranged a veg pulao and a paneer makhani for us. i would say that these 2 were the best dishes that we all ate and liked in comparison to the buffet options. the pasta was cold when i took in my plate. so were the rest of the options like the grilled chicken. this restaurant has lost its service standards as we have been to this restaurant twice in the past for a friday brunch which was a verygoodexperience then.

i went to the meydan hotel for a stable tour and got to enjoy breakfast at the farriers restaurant. they have agoodspread with lots of choices. the service was excellent
the view is stunning!! if you go early you get to see horses on the field. definitely a must do during the horse racing season 👍👌👌

with a beautiful view of the meydan race course,this restaurant offers buffet breakfast,lunch and dinner.however,being our staycation,we got to try the dinner and breakfast.
starting with breakfast,i was really impressed and happie with it as they have agoodselection of dishes from international,arabic and asian cuisines.the food was a feast to the eyes and to the tummy!the dates smoothie,cheese croissant,pancake,waffle and sautéed mushrooms are a few dishes that were ooh-so-yummy!
over to dinner,we went on the day of eid and so their buffet had an indian theme.being a loyal indian food lover,i was waiting to lay my hands on the buffet.i first had a look at the spread..and i loved their selection.but unfortunately,the food was only feast to the eyes.it lacked the flavor and spice of usual indian cooking which made it a disappointment for me.i am guessing that they reduced the spice level on the whole so as to cater for the multi-national crowd at meydan so i can't conclude based on my experience alone as it maybe otherwise be good.i also say this as my cousins chose a la carte and they were happie with the food.
service isgoodand staff are friendly.
overall:i would love to go back again and have their breakfast as it is one of the best i have had.
