we had ‘south indian’ dinner, authentic one:
starter: kuzhi paniyaram
main course: rasa kaya - mix veg cooked in tangy spicy gravy
avial: a kerala speciality made with coconut, shallots and green chillies yoghurt.
and bisibela rice!
along with 5-6 types of pickles- lasun, green chilli, poddy with spoonful of ghee, mango, and more in pickles..
we all were out of words to describe the taste of food! so authentic and soul satisfying!!
