this was my second visit to dravida and i happened to visit during the south indian wedding fest. steaming hot recipes served on a banana leaf will surely take you to the southern india.
one thing that i love about dravida is, they give you a break from the usual south indian food that we tend to have here (read idlis, dosas, uttapam) and bring the real taste of south india to our table.
i was under an impression that most of the recipes will be subtle and maybe bland, but to my surprise, all of them were really flavourful. some of the recipes were really spicy while other were subtle to balance the flavors. loved the rasam, binjri, and the dessert made out of jaggery and banana
