in the past 6 to 8 months, on multiple occasions we have complained to the manager mr.elias that the service has been slipping away and he has done nothing to address or fix issues, as much as we enjoyed visiting the restaurant due to its location, being close to our home, at the same time we have resisted from dining in because the service truly has been lot lower than our expectations, and our expectations are not as high.
since the manager failed to address, we decided to contact cedar park location and verbally addressed our unhappiness & tried to convey, our experiences, because the manager would not deliver our grievances to the owner.
on march 9th 2017 we had a phone conversation with the cedar park mgr. around 2pm, on same evening we went to dine in at georgetown location and we sat at the outside patio, we were served chips & salsa, once that ran out, we were trying to seek attention of our waiter, who did not pay much attention to began with, someone else served us the chips, and when our waiter came to our table we said could you please serve us more chips, our bowl has been empty a while, he said " i didn't know you guys were that hungry" i was shocked by his statement in the same context he blurted several "expletive" cuss words, at that point our son got up and went in to seek managers attention, while all this was going on , we felt threatened and uncomfortable" because the waiter decided to flip a finger on top of all the undue comments he made to us, walked by our table with his chest floundering and this quickly became a volatile situation and the manager upon several requests refused to remove mr. rafael, off the floor, because he said you guys have complained about me also to other location manager, at that time our food had also arrived and we decided to only pay for our drinks and immediately walked out" after he brought our check to us. to our understanding, all this occurred because the manager allowed this behavior to occur and he retaliated against our complaint in a much more unprofessional and poor manner, this gentleman has no business being a manager and i would hate this to happen to another family because the establishment does nothing about reviews that immediately needs attention. nobody , i mean nobody, should be badly humiliated, insulted, and treated with such ignorance, the manager is absolutely not only incompetent, but on occasions he pretends he does not understand english language, its very disturbing as to what happened to our family and not even a single apology has risen from the establishment.
we have received excellent service on continuous occasions from mariachis, la play, sierras, el monumento, el charritos , but nothing this scary happened , what took place at dos salsa georgetown texas.
