dos salsas

big restaurant, can accommodate large groups. this place is always busy so plan accordingly. the food was good, but nothing to rave about. their salsa and service were average. best things about this place.....queso and the drink menu.

good tex-mex and authentic mexican. gets pretty crowded and parking is terrible if you don't get there early. food is made to order much to my surprise. service can be dicey sometimes.

i have no idea why this place had such good ratings. the food is not good. i ordered green enchiladas and i was not impressed. my boyfriend ordered a burger, took two bites and couldn't bring himself to eat anymore. the service was bad at first. we got seated and no one bothered to approach our table and ask what we wanted to drink . i made eye contact with on of the waitresses and instead of coming over to help she quickly turned away and ignored me. i finally waved a waiter down who then called our waitress. after that service was good.

amazing tex-mex breakfast. i had the chilaquiles con pollo with two eggs over-easy on top and my wife had the migas con queso, both meals were delicious and so filling.

bad service. ignored by the workers and manager about my order being wrong then lied too by the owner will never go back. if they treat there customers that way how do they treat the food they prepare ?

awesome. had my grandson's 16th birthday here. we loved the brisket tacos, tamales, tortilla soup, and much more, including queso. first time eating here, but really worth it. prices are reasonable, and service is great. loved the salsa.

it's the best mexican food in the austin area in my opinion! it's my favorite! both locations- in georgetown & cedar park are equally awesome! great food, fun atmosphere & we've always had great service! always treated the best! it's hard to find a parking space but, that's because the place is so awesome! the brisket burrito with chipotle sauce is my favorite! check it out!

best beef fajitas. best beef fajitas i have ever had. great flavor. always tender. love the green sauce. best charro beans i have ever had too. my wife loves their black beans. at first it seems pricey, but you get a lot of food. we get the left overs to go and have several more meals.

wonderful service and plenty of food. i'm glad i didn't read the negative reviews first or i might not have tried dos salsas today. we showed up at noon and the parking lot was full. i was getting antsy, afraid we would end up having a long wait. i was wrong. we were seated immediately. the service was amazing...our server was right on top of things. i believe his name was geraldo. within 15 minutes of ordering, our food arrived at the table. i order the fish salad, thinking i would eat light. the plate was huge and the piece of fish was bigger than my hand. my husband ordered the diablo shrimp. i took a bite. what a delicious smoky flavor! wow! our tea glasses and chips/salsa were never empty. we were very impressed and agreed we would return.

robbers!!!. ridiculously expensive drinks and overpriced mediocre food. we will never go back. no one likes to feel like they've been robbed when the bill comes.

this restaurant has all the elements for a great happy hour place except for uber high happy hour prices.....

adios forever, dos salsas.......let someone else enjoy your 12$ plus 20% obliged tip (for a large party) total $14.40 for a large margarita.

too loud. boring, bland entree (enchiladas). queso was good. waiter was slow. we were late getting back to work becaise the waiter practically abandoned us for 29 min.

bland food, poor service, very loud. question: why is the parking lot so full?

this establishment has a lot to be desired. we have given it three chances and it is out of our lineup. when you can say taco bell or taco del sol food is upscale this is not a place you want to spend your sit down meal with family and friends.

while the food appears to be tex-mex it is tasteless, greasy and unappealing after the first bite. the building is nice, inviting and clean appearing but when you walk in it is loud and not fiesta load. service is mediocre. while the food came to the table timely, we felt ignored once we sat down until they came to pick up the check. we had to ask several times to order, for refills on our drinks, to get our check and to have them pick it up and return for us to finish our transaction. at this point i was ready to leave running.

the biggest surprise of the evening was the waitress finally came by to ask about our meal and appeared pleasantly concerned why the food was only picked on and asked if we like it. she was receptive to our concerns and took one meal off our ticket. however a manager never came by which was interesting but i was exhausted at this point with the food and the service.

so why is the parking lot full? i am not sure because the parking is overflowing into nearby other businesses. it must have some appeal but this is not authentic mexican cuisine it wants to be but it has a lot to be desire. we will not be returning as there are many other mexican restaurants in the neighborhood and if i am hard up for mexican food i will be happy to bypass dos salsas for taco bell or taco del sol.

bad service, bland food. i ate there twice, will not make that mistake again. go to rosas, much better food, service, and price.
