expect a wait. the bullet: food_b+, service-a, ambience-b, price-c. i will go back. while famous for rock shrimp [and they are tasty] i would recommend whatever is fresh on the list that day. had small red shrimp this last trip and they were better than the rock. warm fritters w/ powdered sugar is always a great starter. but expect to wait, for a long time on the weekends, it is that popular. and for some reason, groups of 15 try and get seated all at the same time.....the price, well $20 for 1 lb. @ lunch is little much, but they were darn good and the waitress could not have been better.

really enjoyed this place!. first time here..ordered their coconut shrimp appetizer. huge tender shrimp. probably the best version i've ever had actually. liked their chowder very much. crisp pieces of celery, lots of clams, potatoes...very good.

for the main entree i chose the rib-rock shrimp (broiled) combo and it was very, very good. the broiled rock shrimp tasted like lobster. never had them before. ribs were fall off the bone tender.

finished up with a terrific brownie sundae. the brownie was wonderful.

the place was very clean..really good service..good food..

going downhill fast. this used to be a wonderful place to eat. now, the service is horrible and the food is mediocre, at best. their rock shrimp used to be something to write home about, but the last few times i have eaten there they have been mushy. too expensive for the service and product offered.

not what it used to be. maybe if you have never been there before it is ok. it is not ok if live around here. the prices are high for the portions you get and service is hit or miss, usually miss. yes, they are known for their rock shrimp, which ar ok,not great. my entree had the french fries in a basket sitting on top of the actual seafood. come on. i really really want to still like the place, but it has not worked out for us.hope it's better for you.

overpriced. i know it's a bit of titusville history, but if you are looking for affordable, great seafood, look somewhere else.

then it was time for the rock shrimp. the first plate of these butter soaked crustaceans consisted of about three dozen rock shrimp and a side of cheese grits.

the corn fritters are amazing. shrimp is definitely the feature here. boiled is highly recommended to get the full effect of flavor. chase it down with their amazing sweet tea!

rockshrimp are da`bomb. another trip up there and well worth it! the rock shrimp are amazing, get them broiled it is the only way. again the shrimp and scallops were outstanding. the coleslaw is very good. i'm almost a convert to seafood.
you can not go wrong with anything on the menu imho

as a non-seafood lover i loved the scallops and bacon shrimp. omg the corn fritters and chowder are to die for. i will be back for more.

it is worth it to drive from the lake mary/orlando/sanford area to titusville just to eat at dixie crossroads . but if you do, you must order the rock shrimp. they truly rock! rock shrimp are a hard-shell shrimp that are split in half. you just peel the s
