dining service is excellent you must visit there with your loved ones restaurant staff are excellent at there worktasteis fabulous must visit

very delicious food. everything had uniquetastewhich we had ordered, nice arrangement and services from staff while eating. nothing bad. highly recommend.

overall quality has declined in comparison to 3 years ago. foodtasteis way too bland for indiantastebuds.

overall it was an average experience. diamond hotel was not like same as before.
it was famous for butter chicken, biryani and chilli chicken but sadly thetastewas missing which we were used to. the thick red gravy of butter chicken was not there it was a simple butter chicken that we can get anywhere.

ratings :- service - 1/5, food - 3/5, ambience - 4/5,taste- 2/5.

suggestion to restaurant:- please look into your service, it was not as expected and if possible can we get the oldertasteof diamond hotel for which it was famous.
if yes, i will definitely come and try once again.

kadhai paneer was so spicy and paneer was like rubber. also onlytasteof spices was there. waste of money

not cooked properly, rice is wet, raw smell is coming in chicken,tasteis bad, i don't know how zomato has given 4+ rating, in order to try new we order but got cheated bytasteand quality. truely un happy, from now on we don't believe zomato also cheap hotels are recommended.

poor food quality and portion.tasteis stale. yukk. waste of money

kofta was hard and suppose to look in yellow but was in white andtastewas also not that good.

wonderful place for stay and dinner also...it's food quality was very very nice...if u are veg or non veg u will never ever disappoint for it's foodtasteand quality....all paneer dish is yummy, north indian food was good ..

bistro benares of hotel diamond provides fine dining in varanasi. i went to visit the most happening food festival of benares "the punjabi food festival" (culinary art was presented by chef aditti ahluwalia)
coming to the food all the dishes were scrumptious and perfectly presented. we got an opportunity totastethe realtasteof punjabi food here in benares.
all the dishes were mouth watering 🤤 the dishes i tried were- shikanji, chilli paneer, cream chicken, dhadha meat, palak chicken, butter paneer masala, sarson saag, baingan bharta, bharwan chicken, amritsari fish, non veg platter, veg platter, achari aaloo gobhi, daal makhan, jeera rice, missi roti, butter naan, mirchi ka paratha, fruit custard, gajar ka halwa, gulabjamun 🤤
my favorite pick was cream chicken, palak chicken, sarson saag, gulabjamun ❤️
now coming to the ambience it has fine decor and will provide you the true essence of fine dining.
the service is quick. the staffs are very polite and humble.
do visit to experience fine dime with scrumptious food with your family and friends.

i stayed at this hotel for 3 days and for the first time during a trip, i had all the meals in the hotel owing to awesometasteof food! must tries - dum aloo banarasi, butter chicken, paneer khurchan.

few days back i went this hotel to give a try to fried fish and really it was a worth try.i usually don't try any fish dish anywhere just because i afraid of thetastebut i gave it a try to fried fish here and i found it really really awesome.i also tried murg garlic tikka that too was awesome and juice all the pieces were well cooked and blend of spices were really superb.then i had chilli paneer, the paneer was really well cooked and its really recommended fod non veg lovers.

note- eat,tasteand review its my mantra.my review depends on the quality of food and its totally about my experience with that particular restaurant.
