overall it was an average experience. diamond hotel was not like same as before.
it was famous for butter chicken, biryani and chillichickenbut sadly the taste was missing which we were used to. the thick red gravy of butterchickenwas not there it was a simple butterchickenthat we can get anywhere.

ratings :- service - 1/5, food - 3/5, ambience - 4/5, taste - 2/5.

suggestion to restaurant:- please look into your service, it was not as expected and if possible can we get the older taste of diamond hotel for which it was famous.
if yes, i will definitely come and try once again.

with really good dine space with eye catchy interior you get toh have a good look at once.

if you are looking for a peaceful place to go out and have lunch or dinner with family, diamond hotel at bhelupur is a prime location . they have wide variety of indian food with both veg and non-veg options.the ambience is decent and service is also good.chickenka barra, makai paneer ki seekh andchickenbiryani and some of the items that are must try.

talking about the food all the dishes were delicious and perfectly presented. we got the core taste of authentic punjabi food in every dish.

           talking about the food,each and every dish of the buffet was delectable.the core essence of punjabi cuisines was reflected in every single dish of the festival.we had following dishes in our main course:

                the whole ambience of the restaurant was converted into a typical punjabi dhaba.it was literally a bliss to eat the most authentic food of punjab with all the punjabi vibes all around sitting here in varanasi.

what is it that gives a 5 star to a restaurant?
it's food..food..and food.
this place certainly has it's food right. go grab their butterchicken, or the breakfast buffet.
a restaurant in a 40 roomed hotel , it does more than justice. clean , decent and a set of polite staff adds to the experience. don't expect a 5 star restaurant, but do expect a good meal that makes u smiling and happy.

amazing new ambience with all new food menu and great options to choose from. do ask for their wood oven pizza( served on special request only) , its the best pizza u can have in varanasi and also the butterchickenis too good.

whenever i come to varanasi. i never forget to have my favourite butterchickenmasala along with garlic naan in bistro restaurant (hotel diamond), services are good except few staffs grooming. overall it is my favourite place to dine.
