very very tasty food i order through zomato it was good i would suggest my friends to visit this hotel very delicious food specialybutterchicken and paneerbuttermasala

overall it was an average experience. diamond hotel was not like same as before.
it was famous forbutterchicken, biryani and chilli chicken but sadly the taste was missing which we were used to. the thick red gravy ofbutterchicken was not there it was a simplebutterchicken that we can get anywhere.

ratings :- service - 1/5, food - 3/5, ambience - 4/5, taste - 2/5.

suggestion to restaurant:- please look into your service, it was not as expected and if possible can we get the older taste of diamond hotel for which it was famous.
if yes, i will definitely come and try once again.

missedbutternaan. and paneer was stinking. will not order again from my once favourite restaurant. zomato should do something to refund in case of menu order not fulfilled.

my first trip to varanasi, i stayed at diamond hotel. the vegetarian food was excellent. plenty of variety in the buffet. the paneerbuttermasala, the gajar ka halwa and the dal makhani were delicious. hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping mall, a chemist and a 5 minute walk away from the ghat. clean rooms, clean bathrooms and hit water on tap. was here for new years and place was filled with families.

food wad good i have order dinner in which hing dhaniya ke aloo was my favorite , the dum ki bhindi was also nice. quite disappointed with yellow daal tadka as their was no tadka & till the time one dont have ghee in daal its not perfect.butternaan was good....
overall good experience........

bistro benares of hotel diamond provides fine dining in varanasi. i went to visit the most happening food festival of benares "the punjabi food festival" (culinary art was presented by chef aditti ahluwalia)
coming to the food all the dishes were scrumptious and perfectly presented. we got an opportunity to taste the real taste of punjabi food here in benares.
all the dishes were mouth watering 🤤 the dishes i tried were- shikanji, chilli paneer, cream chicken, dhadha meat, palak chicken,butterpaneer masala, sarson saag, baingan bharta, bharwan chicken, amritsari fish, non veg platter, veg platter, achari aaloo gobhi, daal makhan, jeera rice, missi roti,butternaan, mirchi ka paratha, fruit custard, gajar ka halwa, gulabjamun 🤤
my favorite pick was cream chicken, palak chicken, sarson saag, gulabjamun ❤️
now coming to the ambience it has fine decor and will provide you the true essence of fine dining.
the service is quick. the staffs are very polite and humble.
do visit to experience fine dime with scrumptious food with your family and friends.

i stayed at this hotel for 3 days and for the first time during a trip, i had all the meals in the hotel owing to awesome taste of food! must tries - dum aloo banarasi,butterchicken, paneer khurchan.

very good and fast service and food quality was awesomebutterchicken was very tasty. veg and non veg boths are tasty. this is very good restaurant in varanasi.

love thebutterchicken at diamond. it's a must have! the ambience is nice as well. the service staff can be better trained but the tasty food makes up for it!

very bad experience , , , , they just making fool in the name of food , their food is worst than the street vendors. i orderedbutternaan ,i think they forget to putbutterin naan and send it . i am not able to understand how zomato is giving orders to them by these type of hotels or restaurants zomato also loose trust and credibility.

chilli paneer andbutterchicken are the bestest dishes ever. would love if they bring their old menu back. it had more variety but the food which is served is good.

it is a fine dining restaurant in varanasi. the ambience of the restaurant is very good.. staff are very quite n humble... service is quick, as we have gone for the punjabi food festival which was presented by chef aditti ahluwalia.. all dishes were perfectly cooked n delicious in taste... they serve us varieties of punjabi food like dal makhni, sarso ka saag,butterpaneer masala, achari aloo gobi, fruit custard, gajar ka halwa, non-existant veg dish n many more drooling dishes... i loved all the dishes , as per my experience which was very good, so guys u must visit this place ❤
