it is best place for outing with family and friends. it is located nearby ip vijaya mall. it is very nice place to go and have delicious food with great ambience.servicewas also good.

one of the worst food andservicei ever tasted. theserviceis very poor staffs don't care about you. very bad experience not expected from such a reputed hotel. day by day the restaurant food andserviceare going down will not suggest anyone.

overall it was an average experience. diamond hotel was not like same as before.
it was famous for butter chicken, biryani and chilli chicken but sadly the taste was missing which we were used to. the thick red gravy of butter chicken was not there it was a simple butter chicken that we can get anywhere.

ratings :-service- 1/5, food - 3/5, ambience - 4/5, taste - 2/5.

suggestion to restaurant:- please look into your service, it was not as expected and if possible can we get the older taste of diamond hotel for which it was famous.
if yes, i will definitely come and try once again.

if you are looking for a peaceful place to go out and have lunch or dinner with family, diamond hotel at bhelupur is a prime location . they have wide variety of indian food with both veg and non-veg options.the ambience is decent andserviceis also good. chicken ka barra, makai paneer ki seekh and chicken biryani and some of the items that are must try.

this place is basically good for family gatherings as i visited this place for the first time theservicewas very excellent & attentive staff, quickserviceand delicious food with a royal ambience.  their menu contains many food items.
all over perfect place to have some great food..... great service, fresh food, superb taste, nice ambient lighting with some antiques displayed all over.......staff is very cheerful and polite.

i stayed at the diamond hotel during my first trip to benaras. over the 4-day stay, i was blown away with every aspect of the place! it's got a superb location so it's easy to get to the local hotspots. every member of the staff is extremely polite and helpful and committed to a quick turnaround onservicerequests. clearly the management takes training very seriously. it was the new year week so the place was bustling with activity and had a very vibrant atmosphere. i had a few meals at the in-house restaurant which were very good! the chef cooks up a pretty mean english breakfast at the live counter! i really liked the sandwiches, too. if you're lucky, you may even bump into the owners, who are incredibly warm, kind and leave no stone unturned in ensuring you have the best experience. all in all, very impressive!

one of the best and oldest restaurants of varanasi. serves great north indian food, there naans are really tasty and crispy. just theserviceis a little slow, but that’s not an issue when you’re getting such great food to eat.

this place is very good and can eat many things.....tasty ...must try chicken....you should try starters then main course is awesome ndserviceis good

bistro benares of hotel diamond provides fine dining in varanasi. i went to visit the most happening food festival of benares "the punjabi food festival" (culinary art was presented by chef aditti ahluwalia)
coming to the food all the dishes were scrumptious and perfectly presented. we got an opportunity to taste the real taste of punjabi food here in benares.
all the dishes were mouth watering 🤤 the dishes i tried were- shikanji, chilli paneer, cream chicken, dhadha meat, palak chicken, butter paneer masala, sarson saag, baingan bharta, bharwan chicken, amritsari fish, non veg platter, veg platter, achari aaloo gobhi, daal makhan, jeera rice, missi roti, butter naan, mirchi ka paratha, fruit custard, gajar ka halwa, gulabjamun 🤤
my favorite pick was cream chicken, palak chicken, sarson saag, gulabjamun ❤️
now coming to the ambience it has fine decor and will provide you the true essence of fine dining.
theserviceis quick. the staffs are very polite and humble.
do visit to experience fine dime with scrumptious food with your family and friends.
