very close to what a cupcake should be. sprinkles is my personal benchmark for what a cupcake should look and taste like. a moist cake part that tastes different than a normal cake and the frosting should be loads of pure buttercream frosting overflowing the top. this place is the next best thing to sprinkles and the atmosphere is fantastic. have been there many times and will continue to go especially as an added treat for dessert after a dinner out. and as you can see from my photo i've had too many of these!

the cupcakes are the best in okc. seriously. vanilla/vanilla is my new fave-simple and divine. fresh and amazing! i am not a coffee person but their iced tea is really awesome too!

yummy espresso. best espresso i have had in okc. i went in with low expectations and it blew me away. it was creamy and with a nutty finish. perfect. the cupcakes were too small and dry for the price. the flavors were also a bit boring. icing was good. nice atmosphere. i would really recommend this place.

it's alright. atmosphere sucks (hipster douches with their macs and beards). service isn't great, owner has a 'tude. but i can't think of anything i love more than their boom boom pow cuppies. chocolate, caramel and salt. it's a thing of beauty.

nom nom nom.... alright, i am generally not a cupcake fan but this place really impressed me. yummy cupcakes, and really good coffee. plus, my snack was less than $4. i'm sorry, but cuppies lays a smack down on sara sara cupcakes.

free wifi, awesome.

espresso yes; cupcakes no.. the espresso is much better than corporate coffee chains, and i enjoy my coffee drinks there very much. the cupcakes were surprisingly not very good at all. we tried three different kinds and only nibbled on each before throwing them away. cute decor, in a mismatched college style, but almost self-consciously cute.

starbucks doesn't offer this.... cupcakes, cakes, pies... all taste great. the atmosphere is very "homey" in this renovated house, and the people are there to please, and very friendly. i've had the cold and hot drinks, and all of them leave you with a peaceful easy feelin'. the location in midtown/uptown is great, as the revitalization along the 23rd street corridor (old business loop route 66) has really taken hold.

neo-hippie d-bag bakery and lackluster coffeehouse. listen we get it, your not a corparate coffee chain. the coffee isn't bad just slow and served in the irregular style by college kids. the decor is in the poorly done local coffeehouse style. the cupcakes are good but the coffee tastes of cleaning solution. this is great for college kids who have never been to a real coffee house. i'll let them have it

close but not that close. cuppies and joe has some of the worst cupcakes i have ever had. people only go there because it's trendy right now. all the good reviews were either written by friends of the people who own it or they have no taste buds whatsoever. i prefer not to eat dry crumbly cupcakes and that is exactly what cuppies and joe serves. they should cut down on their variety and put a little more effort into taste and quality.

meh. shouldn't the food that's part of your establishment's name be outstanding? i wouldn't claim these cupcakes if i made them. not bad, but i'm sorry i wasted the calories here.

who doesn't love cupcakes!?. my friends brought me some of their cupcakes for my bridal shower and they were so cute and delicious. i thought the quality and freshness was good and i'm pleased with their wide selection.

cool place. very down to earth and welcome atmosphere plus amazing cupcakes. i like the pumpkin spice one in particular and i want to try the carrot cake one.

excellent espresso. the espresso here is excellent. the beans are from a local roaster, which makes it even better! cupcakes aren't really my thing, but the espresso will keep me coming back.

an uptown neighborhood hit. cuppies and joe, or "cuppies" as locals call it, is an awesome cafe and cupcake bakery in uptown. the staff is really friendly, the baked goods are delicious and the prices are reasonable. the cafe is in an old bungalow and has several rooms in which to sit, each with their own unique characteristics. whether you're looking for a place to meet friends or a spot to read a book, cuppies is the place to be in uptown!

mocha tasted bad!. this was the second *weird* trip i've had at cuppies and joe. i ordered a mocha and it tasted like chemicals. as i was leaving with mine, i overheard another patron saying the exact same thing! i think i had better just find some other coffee place from now on.

don't order coffee at the cupcake station. i like this place and i will return - for take out only! my friend was admiring the cupcakes when a an employee asked me if she could help me. so i ordered a mocha and a cappaciano to go. this apparently blew the mind of the employee and she began to give me attitude...i needed to give my order at the coffee station, because she was at the cupcake station...luckily the nice man making the coffees took over and all was well with the world. my mocha was great, and i'll be back - armed with attitude repellent!
