fantastic 'q, great people!. some of the best 'q i've ever had ... but what i really gotta say is: when you walk into a place and the guy behind the counter yells out to the kitchen, "hey grandma, are those pies almost ready?", you just know you're in for something special.

this was my first memphis bbq experience. best ribs ever! they just melt off the bone! dry rub was insanely delicious and kissed with smoke. great people too, met the family. everyone was just amazingly nice

boom!. best bbq game hens! my one and only true memphis love, forever and ever. i miss you as soon as i leave your hallowed ground.

seriously: a kick ass bbq joint, where bbq is a serious family business. service is always stellar, with a smile and a story. you will never be sorry you went.

my game hen heaven. awesome all around. i love desiree and her family. they make everyone feel welcome. i can't order anything but the game hen. i am certain everything there is delicious given the happy faces all round me. the rib tips are supposed to be the best around, the ribs extra smoky, yummy bologna, brisket sandwiches delish, but i walk through the door and order the hen dinner. every time. can't help it. too good.

cozy bbq. the ribs are the meatiest ive had in memphis, huge smoke ring, tender but have a good chew to them at the same time. cornish hen was disappointing, a little dry. pork sandwhich is excellent

friendly people. i don't know which is better, the awesome attitude of the people, or the amazing bbq! i really enjoyed my time here and did not want to leave!

great! had 2 wing and 2 rib dinner very good. spaghetti was a little plain. go to this place!

the best bbq in memphis tennessee, i do not care what the other's say they must have not been to cozy corner, how in the heck do that place on madison get the number 1 spot, they had to pay the writers in memphis for that vote. really i have been many places cozy corner still got it in memphis tennessee. the only thing i really want them to do is please do not sit down and take customer orders it just do not look good and seem to laid back but yall got some good bbq ok...i know our feet hurt but when its a long line it will move faster if you just stand up just my fyi...

disappointed. the sauce was not very good at all. the sausage was poor quality. the ribs did not have a good flavor. the corn on the cob was over cooked and lacked flavor. the shoulder was uneatable. the ribs were tender, nut the sauce ruined them. the best part was the banana pudding.

love it. at first look this restaurant would be somewhere most people would pass right by, but i'm glad i stopped. the staff was very friendly and quick. when the guy brought out my to go order he opened it up for my inspection before i left, and it looked wonderful. when i got back to my office to eat my first bite was wow. the sandwich flavor was great and just melted in your mouth, and had pleanty of sauce, unlike most restaurants that put the min. amount. i am so glad i found this place and will be returning again and again.

for both providing great bbq to end our stay in memphis and convincing me to never eat mayonnaise from a sketchy restaurant again, cozy corner earns 3 cherries.

had it today can i just say delicious! i had their pulled pork sandwich a month ago i totally enjoyed it. today i had the ribs and didn't want to share. good tasting bbq off of an inside grill. oh yea excellent customer service extremely friendly people. i will be back!

well, i heard this was the place to get bbq in memphis by many locals so, i ate there. i don't get it. nothing special here.

if you think of 'naner puddin’ as a gross concoction based around regular vanilla pudding you need to try the cozy corner’s rendition. it’s so thick and creamy yet delicate it is more like banana slices and vanilla wafers surrounded by cheesecake and it makes you understand how such a basic combination of ingredients became a southern dessert staple.
