i'm a pretty hardcore bbq enthusiast. so i review bbq thoroughly. although the baked beans were great, the ribs weren't that tender or flavorful. they felt rushed. the sauce was unnecessarily too hot and also a tasteless distraction that didn't add to the flavor of the ribs. the ribs also didn't have much of a distinct rub used on it if any. the bbq spaghetti, again, had little flavor beyond that of noodles and paprika even though they were coated in sauce. the sauce had no identity. i've never been to a bbq joint whose sauce was so invisible even when on the items.
