finally visited this place and i had mixed feelings about this one - theambienceis great, everything else : not so much.
the food took forever to come. we literally had to remind the waiters multiple times, even for the bill. the portion size is pathetic, especially because of the price you’d be paying for it.
taste is okay.
there’s always a long queue and waiting period, especially if it’s during lunch/brunch time so be prepared for that, more so if you’re going in a group.

it’s the most overrated and over hyped place i have ever been. third class pizza and pasta with no toppings in the name of authentic food. tasteless food where fresh lime mix doesn’t have sugar n lemon. staff is so absence minded that with pizza you need to ask for seasoning, chilli flakes, ketchup and even plate!!!

a big let down on my entire pondicherry trip. worst place. only theambienceis good rest food and staff both are not even worth a try

beautifulambiencewith a garden sitting area and inside the bunk for which retains the old charm including the furniture. slightly on the expensive side for the ambiance it provides. food was fine as its expensive and very okay-ish to taste. try coffee here and creamy cheese & aubergine crispy rolls.

this place has only goodambienceand food is the worst

theambienceis good and the food is okay but what stood out for me the most when i walked out of the place was the rude management and in general terrible customer service. in case you decide to make a trip there, i hope you get a table of your choice without waiting for long cause otherwise the meal might just take a bad turn.

the mocktails had a pretty decent flavour. i wouldn't recommend you to try out the mocktails here

posh n pink tagliatelle - this was pink pasta sheets which was incorporated with red cabbage, sprouts and alfredo white sauce
it gave a proper smooth taste

tandoori spiced butter chicken - they gave us the option if we want bread or rice along with the curry. we opted for rice. the gravy was smooth with a hit of sweetness and was buterry as well

we ended our meal with a burnt american cheesecake which gave a pretty good taste

the place is a little expensive but you can give this place a try atleast for 1 time

the caféambienceis great! the menu is pretty normal. service could be better, as they forget to get the dishes to the table after it’s done so you have to check on your order once or twice. i can understand the hype because it’s one of those instagrammable spots but other than that it’s nothing exceptional. nevertheless, it was a good experience!

one of my best experiences in white town! perfectambienceand brilliant food.we had the grilled prawns, harissa pasta and thai curry! the thai curry was absolutely perfect

our first day in pondicherry, and this place was suggested by a friend, and oh boy, this place did not disappoint. not only the food andambienceamazing the carrot cake which we had was out of the world. another place i would love to come back to on my next visit to the city whenever that happens.

had the pasta, garlic bread and apple crumble pie with ice cream. pasta had too much butter and garlic bread was too dry. the dessert was good. goodambiencebut had huge waiting time. a little overrated

had a cucumber cooler - refreshing as promised, thai mango salad and potato cheese salad was delicious. bengali curry tasted well too.

missed 1 star because of their desserts - looked fancy and delicious, but taste was a disappointment. both tres leches cake and burnt american cheesecake were below average. not very fresh / spongy or melt in mouth

must visit cafe when you are in pondicherry. theambiencehere is very rich and aesthetic which gives you simply greate vibe and fine dinning experience.

the european style decore makes it one of the most instagrammable cafés you must visit.

this place is huge and has indoor and out door seating with multiple dining sections.
food here is great with prity good service.

theambiencewith its interiors like an old time cottage with chandeliers is perfect for date night! good options in food and drinks (though limited if you are veg). service is courteous and helpful.

this is one of my favourite cafe in pondicherry. theambienceis very beautiful here. it is quiet relaxing. also, the food served here is very different.

we had some french fries which was served with a garlic dip and a veggie burger which also was delicious.

i opted this place as my new experiment and my experiment was really good apart from service.ambienceand food were really commendable… i would suggest to everyone to visit this place..
