i had a awesome dinner today evening , made by chef subrato in coral , ocean pearl. so here is my review.
prawn avocado soup :
this was the beginning of the awesome dining experience i had for long time. the dish was decent flavored creamy light green color hot soup , it was preparing me for an delightness i had a long long time ago. it is good starter for continental 3-course meal.

the chef had lightly marinated the dish and it went very good along with salad. yes bit odd to havefish, although we are fine with prawns , squid in a salad , but afishreally hugged the veggies along with lightly salt and pepper and other powders together contributing the wholeness of this dish.

normally the third and final dish should be over the top and it was. this incredible dish was not marinated with kitchen salt , yet it was amazingly tasty , because the flavor was elevated by the seafood salt that came along , throwing the dish into a new level. i do not find anything wrong here , difficult to find fault with this one because it made me drowned into its seductive taste of seafood breeze and i have got captivated when my taste buds was dancing inside. i could not get more out of this i wanted more and more of it.
green apple kiwi mousse.
yes in a long long time i had a complete 3 course meal , with climax a dessert. i felt sorry for it , because i had to destroy that beautiful looking thing. it is perfect ending in a course of the night , the combo of green apple and kiwi fruit went along quite well. never thought ocean pearl could deliver excellent continental dishes. thank you.
