i really like clocked. i think it's a super cute joint with tasty big burgers, and it's totally vintage from the decor to the soda choices. i appreciate the vibe and thefoodhas been tasty every time i've had it. not my favorite burger in athens but probably a close second.

thefoodwas tasty. however, i watched an employee cook buns on the girll as he munched on food, without washing his hands before or after eating. not to mention employees stood right outside the door of the restaurant smoking cigarettes, and every time someone entered or exited we could smell smoke. again, the burger was great, but you can get an equally tasty burger in a cleaner environment elsewhere.

mediocre. i am not one to write reviews, but i was so disappointed in this place. i have lived in athens for 3 years, and i always hear rave reviews about this place. this place is supposed to have "the best" burgers in athens, so i have always wanted to try it. i went with a friend from out of town early on a friday before it was busy. when he took our order, i had realized they didn't ask how we wanted our burger cooked, which i thought was odd, but decided maybe the restaurant has only a certain level they will cook it to make sure the burger taste up to their standards or something. but then the burger came out, and it was well done. extremely well done. the patty had no pink, and was even a little crunchy. the burger did not taste bad, but it was very disappointing. i wanted to show my friend from out of town how good thefoodis here in athens, and this place was a huge let down.

she got a burger with jalapeños on it, but they looked oddly cut, and swore they tasted like green peppers instead. however, i did not try her burger since i do not enjoy spicy things, and wasn't willing to test it out.

the french fries were pretty good, but they come separately, not with the burger.

last but not least, service was.... ok. our guy could have been a little friendlier, but i don't have a problem with service not checking up on you every couple mins as long as drinks are full, so overall service was fine.

may could have given 3 stars, since everything about this place probably results in a 2.5 star rating, but i rounded down because i am a jerk

one of my favorite places in athens! affordable and definitely great qualityfoodfor your money. this is my boyfriend and i's "place" and our go to for yummy food. great service and atmosphere. my favorite is the peanut butter burger with sweet potato fries.

great place. clocked is a small restaurant with few tables, but thefoodis great! great burgers, fries, and onion rings. i would recommend it!

very poor service had to send backfoodsandwich without dressing delivered after entire table finished . cannot believe waiter added gratuity after that ridiculous

if you must go, pay with cash!. it's really unfortunate that i will never be able to eat at this place again, despite the fact that i've never had what i would call prompt service, thefoodis good. however, a recent experience with the staff and manager will keep me from going back. after my credit card was accidentally swiped twice (we had a large group, lots of cards, i really do think it was an accident) it took a week of phone calls, leaving my name and number, multiple visits and excuses to basically be told i was lying about what happened even after bringing in my receipt and bank statement showing the double charge. the manager was an ass, did not even begin to apologize and only threw some money at me after i explained that i would not leave until this was resolved that day. it's really hard to believe that a place can stay in business so long when it will treat customers that way over $18.

awesome! i ate there with my family for dinner. the burgers are great and it's a cool atmosphere. service was a little off, but thefoodmore than made up for that. i will definitely be back for more!

wonderful fries. thefoodwas alright in general but the fries were amazing! i hate that you have to pay extra for everything. if you are paying 8 dollars for a burger it should come with a side and dipping sauce cost extra also.

horrible service and management. i've been eating at clocked for the past several years, and sadly the place is getting worse with time. thefoodis fine, but it is not worth the time and terrible service. the wait to be seated and served is probably the slowest i've experienced. plus, i don't think i've ever been to a restaurant where i felt like such an inconvenience to the manager and server. don't waste your time and money here - try out some of the other local favorites like last resort and transmet.

best hamburgers and tater tots ever. yes, they are the best, counting anywhere i've ever had a hamburger (except for home) - but the wait staff can really have an attitude and the service is slow - that is a real negative in my opinion - doesn't matter how good it is - if i can't getfoodin reasonable time and with reasonable service, then it's hard to choose to go to a place. it's not 'edgy' to give bad service, or whatever they think, it's just plain bad business. (i am a good customer too by the way, so i don't 'deserve' bad service.)
