gold star.. this place was absolutely incredible from start to finish. the appearance was gorgeous, the food delicious, and excellent service. it had a very pleasant atmosphere. we unexpectedly gotsoupthat was so full of flavor, and fantastic little cookies at the end of our meal, and it was definitely the icing on the cake. we will definitely go back again, without a doubt.

outstanding. this restaurant is an absolute gem. we had the most delicious meal from start to finish. even our drinks were fabulous and fresh made with premium spirits. the conchsoupwas amazing - hearty and flavorful. the desserts are not to be missed. the wait staff is attentive and knowledgeable. what a delight!

great lunch today!!. we had a great lunch today at chucherias! their new location is great, nice clean atmosphere of almost like a custom built cabin with a big stone fireplace, fresh roses on every table and great food. i had the pan con bisteca which was great, comes with two dipping sauces a cilantro and i think a red pepper sauce. my wife had turkey panini which was also very good. we also started with a complementary cup ofsoupand had empanadas. this place is a little gem if you are tired of the same old restraunts in daytona - port orange area. great flavors, authentic food. we have not been there for dinner yet but will try it out soon!! a must visit place for lunch!!

delicious chicken soup. best time to visit is after 1pm - love the chicken soup, and their chicken plate. to drink, i love the pineapple juice, it is freshly made.

the best lunch spot in daytona beach. this is one of the best restaurants in daytona beach if you are looking to enjoy a quick lunch that is out of the ordinary.

i would highly recommend their fresh pineapple juice - my personal favorite.

if i am on the run, i like to call ahead and order their cuban sandwich, but if i can seat down and enjoy.. i like always have their chicken plate..

amazing food!. what a great place! the cuban sandwhich is great, as are the lunch plates which come with rice, beans and plantains. they usually bring out complimentarysoupas an appetizer, and the small filled cookies are to die for! come early as seating is limited and this place has become very popular.

don't pass this up.. what an great place and what great food. this is the sort of restaurant you hear great things about and then have a hard time finding and when you see how small it is, you think that maybe you should go to the next restaurant on your list. that would be a huge mistake. i had lunch there and the food was awesome. we were greeted by a friendly young man that said that the restaurant was owned by his aunts and that they did all the cooking. i asked for some recommendations and he recommended the finger foods but said that everything was great. he asked if we'd like to sample the black beansoupwhich was a special of the day. he brought us each a cup of thesoupand we know instantly that we had made a good choice. it was delicious!

we ordered/split the meat turnovers and griddle cheese corm cake. they were really special. the flavors just popped! i had read someone's review saying that the pineapple juice was really good. as a rule, i'm not a fan of juices and usually stick to water but something made me feel adventurous and i ordered it and boy was i glad.

we finished off with an order of poffertjes which were tiny dutch pancakes with butter and powdered sugar. the server explained how dutch pancakes ended up in a honduran restaurant and then explained that it would take a few minutes as they made it from scratch. we were in no hurry and it didn't take too long and wow was it wonderful.

i find it hard to say enough good things about this place.

fresh, great flavors!. don't be deterred by the outside...this is a small restaurant in an old house that looks a little run down on the outside. on the inside, it's nothing fancy but it's clean the food is delicious! i had the vegetarian dish which included chilles rellenos, beans, rice and a salad. all were excellent quality and super fresh. they had several traditional deserts but i love the platanos maduros, they're sweet and served hot right out of the frying pan... my friend had the chickensoupand pork chops, and loved it.

great, great food!! really nice people.. thesoupthey bring out is excellent. sandwiches and dinner plates are very reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. they are kind of hidden on mason but give them a shot if you like latin food!

awesome family owned restaurant, not in best part of town but the food is great. my wife and i had the steak and pork dinners and both were great; steak a little mire flavorful, but both used high quality cuts of meat, and only cost $7.50! the free chickensoupstarter was the best we have ever had anywhere. the meal is served with homemade sauces, they were so good we asked them to make us a bottle and picked it up on our second visit if the week! restaurant is absolutely spotlessly maintained with the cleanest bathrooms we have ever seen. the owners cook and wit on the tables...a truly great find!!
