stayed for 2 days at the hotel and tried choices for breakfast and dinner. first day, went for breakfast buffet while at the hotel, during eid. the place was packed, service was overwhelmed, no covid safety applied. same thing for the night's buffet, where items went missing (we were informed that there was simply no coordination between kitchen and reservation!)
the next day is where things went from bad to unacceptably wrong. we went to the breakfast buffet, only to be surprised with a massive queue. chaos, queues lasting for more than 2 hours with shoulder to shoulder in covid time, people all over and having to wait forfoodon what is supposed to be a fun holiday. staff was lost, people were asked to have breakfast in the lobby.. not recommended..
