used to be a regular goer, specially dine in. this is my first ever review to any food place coz i am an ex hospo professional i know things go wrong at times but you can fix it before customer steps out unhappy. i have downloaded the app just to write this review, honestly, todays dinner was my worst dining experience ever in any restaurant. food quality has gone down big time,serviceused to be average, but today, i made the biggest mistake as i took a group of 12 on a very special occasion, the restaurant happily accepted our booking for 9pm and said pre order entrée which we did 20 minutes before reaching, ok we understand. upon reaching order was taken for mains and was told 30 35 minutes coz of a dish from the order, ok. entree was served in time however, almost 55 minutes, no one checked or informed about delay in mains. it was a complete mess n huge embarrassment for me as a host. on top of this the manager or owner took the full bill payment and just said sorry for the delay. no knowledge of customer service, neither food service. thank you for the great experience, will not be returning for sure!!!!!!
