cenci’s pizzeria & bar

a greatplaceif you wanna enjoy some really good pizza. loved their bread sticks as well, was very cheesy could feel the freshness last in my mouth for long. also i'd recommend to go for their wings, their sauces were exceptional. of course fries had to be good as well.

waitress was really quick, though i found the ambience to be a little noisy. wouldn't want it to be so loud for an italianplaceat least. rest i think it's a great place, definitely coming back for more!

i like this spot. it's the perfectplaceto come after work and get some good food and cold drinks. i thought theplacewas very spacious and really comfortable. the waitresses were very friendly and very pretty. as for the price, no complaints there neither. plus there's plenty of tvs to watch any sporting event you want. it's not like an over the topplaceto go eat and drink but to have a casual relaxing night, this is the perfectplaceto visit.

horrible. i waited 1 hours for my food when it arrived the bacon cheese burger had no cheese, the well done burger that i asked was medium cooked. for a first time ordering i will def not calling thisplaceagain.

greatplacefor some beers and sicilian squares!. good beer selection at a reasonable price. solid variety of rotating beers on tap and a good bottle list as well. all of the bartenders and waitresses are pretty cool and usually have a good smile on. different special every day of the week. the sicilian squares are freakin' awesome and the wings are great too. go for half priced wing night and get your grub on!

to all the people that came here to complain... try hitting up the management team and explaining the problem first! this is a great family owned business and if you have a problem with the food or the service or whatever, let someone know and they will do their best to make it right. at least give them the opportunity to fix it before you come here and bi+ch about it!

they recently expanded and doubled the size of the place. bar is way bigger and there are plenty of places to sit down. there's enough tvs in thisplacethat you can pretty much catch whatever sporting event is on from any seat in the house.

reasonably priced gem in an otherwise overhyped/overpriced area of allegheny county. i have been going to censi's regularly for about a year now and have never been let down. their service is fantastic, even when theplaceis busy. the owner is approachable and usually on the floor overseeing various aspects of the restaurant. you can tell the staff genuinely care about their business. the waitresses have always been aware of the specials and can often recommend a great seasonal beer! their beer list is quite extensive and changes regularly. i love that they have a complete bottle and draft list available upon request. the beers are reasonably priced and they have various specials throughout the week. the food has always been great. i've tried many of the appetizers, my staples being the fried zucchini and puffs. the fried zucchini is always crisp and never to greasy. i believe their pizza to be excellent. the crust is thin but soft with a tangy, almost sweet sauce. the flavor is not overpowered by the cheese and every extra ingredient stands out on its own. i also enjoy the wings. they are cooked well, crispy, yet juicy. i prefer the hot. they have all the standard flavors but dare i say, could use some more, or maybe even a signature censi's flavor! if you’re on a budget, cenci's is on groupon and offers daily food specials. i personally take advantage of tuesdays pizza special, along with wednesdays wing special. the atmosphere is relaxed, the musics at a reasonable volume and there are plenty of tv to allow one to keep up with the sports of the day. i look forward to the renovations being completed and a return of the tap system. hopefully even more craft beers will be offered! keep up the good work! 8/10.
(side note: i wish their bar trivia actually started at the advertised time of 8 instead of anywhere between 8:30-9pm. makes it hard to plan for the evening when one works in the morning....not the fault of censi's....just sayin)

people have been raving about thisplacesince they relocated and changed their name from pizza roma, but i was quite disappointed...

i really didn't have good experience here at cenci's. i ordered a pizza and it came out burnt. their 16oz draught glasses are in fact 12oz, and yes checked.

thisplaceis perfect to for a younger crowd, or to catch a game with friends for apps and drinks. that is about it! there are much better pizza places in wexford than cenci's.

great food and really awesome bar! this is my favoriteplaceto go drink because the crowd is always fun and the employees are awesome :)

best alfredo sauce ever!!. i never write reviews for any restaurant however it is necessary to spread the word on cenci's alfredo sauce.
the hubby and i eat out often, everywhere in pittsburgh and surrounding however we live in the north hills.the pasta with alfredo & shrimp is the absolute best in western pa. i guarantee that if you enjoy a wonderful home made alfredo sauce, cenci's is theplaceto go :) also had the ceasar salad which was very good and previously had the antipastata salad which was quite good as well. the atmosphere is fun, energetic, and relaxing. the staff is friendly and polite. it's great to have a local restaurant / bar with good food! i'm hoping that the owner will someday consider jarring his alfredo sauce for all to enjoy. thanks cenci's!!

awesome experience. i had the opportunity to visit cenci's and i have to tell you it was rewarding...the food was fresh and tasted great. i have gone here a few times now and they have made me a few home-made dishes that are out of this world..it was extremely flavorful and kept me wanting more.

i also have had a few of their pizzas delivered and have taken my my grand-kids up to eat. the atmosphere is great early evenings for families, and when you want to have a great later evening it is a fun ad safe atmosphere. it's a very ecclectic crowd of ages 20's-60's.

i think i also need to state the pizzas were great. my wife is more the chicken and vegetable lover and has mentioned numerious times on the freshness and flavor of the food.

the staff is always curteous and the bartenders are great. the owner, bob cenci is the perfect host ,making certain he makes rounds to introduce himself and ask if everything is alright. i have to also mention i made a few business contacts that have had some rewarding returns..

.i never really write on these type of blogs but we recently have had some really wonderful times and i wanted to share my experiences and give a thumbs up to anyone looking for aplaceto eat healthy, eat good and have a good experience. i always felt it starts at the top down. the owner, with making you feel warm and welcome, the service with taking care of the family( especially little ones) and the fun at the bar with the bartender and people...and the drinks are pretty good too. plus to meet professional business people and make some opportunities happen.

great food, nasty bartenders. i love anyplacewho continues to serve food and beer right up until 2am. i especially love when the food is really-really good... but the bartenders here are the meanest, nastiest, stuck up people i have ever met! hello you work for tips!

my daughter loves thisplacee so she told me and her father to try it out. we see why she likes it so much!! the food is amazing i got the lasagna which tasted great and was a huge portion and my husband got their cajun pasta and he loved it. we enjoyed our experience and plan to return soon

da shizzzzz. thisplaceis fantastic. the food is good. the atmosphere is fun. the tv set up is stellar. and the patrons are top class.

tuesday night they host 'team trivia' - with prizes! this is always a fun night. whether you are in the bar or restaurant - you can play.

for all penguins games (on tv), they offer $1 shots after each penguin goal. can't beat it!

actuallt, starting to get a different opinion, my wife just told me about xmas eve when she walked in the resturant because the open sign was on, and an elderly man behind the bar yelled to he "er're closed" in a rude way... she had my 4 && 5 year old with her... guess i'm not comin back... ashame, i liked their pizza, but i've experienced bitter waitresses there before myself, and always gave a pass... guess what, if you work in a resturant, you need to be nice and provide good service... thisplaceneeds a few lessons!

pizza's good. calamari was excellent when they first opened, but now they cheapened out on it. was excellent, now just pretty good.

disgusting. thisplaceis dirty, disgusting and the people are incredibly rude! i have never posted a bad review for anyone but i had to for this one. my family had a horrible experience at thisplaceand i will never go back!

the best italian. where can i start...the wedding soup is the closest to my my mothers homemade soup i have ever found - you must try it. all of the italian menu items are authentic, made fresh onsite , portions are huge, price is good, service is great! thisplaceis a must try - you will be back!

the food and the service is so good i had my wedding rehearsal dinner here. cenci's did an amazing job - all of my guests were impressed with the food and service!
