the all day breakfast was fine/good and the vietnamese coffee was on point but the french toast was disappointing. it was deep fried in oil and the french toast had absorb a considerable amount of oil to make it unsatisfactory that we didn't eat it after the first two bites. i would've appreciated if they had mentioned that the french toast was covered with corn flakes.

excellent service. food portions are sufficient and good value for money. cheesecake was excellent! the ambience is calming and relaxing.

amazing place with great food. the mocha cheesecake is to die for. the beef was also amazingly cooked.

i’m a huge fan of roomy, homely cafes and caravela provides just that vibe. the coffee and sandwiches were absolutely delightful. also loved the chocolate mud cake! definitely a place i would revisit!

if you wanna try the best coffee and snacks in goa, caravela cafe and bistro is an idea choice.

from salads, pizzas, burgers, cutlets and sandwiches to some mouth watering goan delicacies, their menu is great and you will be spoilt for choices.

my recommendation include-
beetroot salad
veg samosas
the all day premium breakfast
and of course their coffees are to die for.

this is one place you should never miss visiting.

great malvani and konkani food. sea food, mutton curry are a must try. a small resturant though and sometimes it may be difficult to get a table. try and reach by 8pm for dinner to get a place in time.

have been to caravela a zillion times. first visited the cafe as a tourist and now me and my wife go there very regularly for breakfast or brunch and we have moved to goa for good. have tried almost everything on the menu. but roulade, egg ham and cheese croissant, pizzas and desserts are my personal favourites. all their coffees are lovely and feel like a hug served in a mug. the owner and his sons are very warm and friendly so are their lovely ladies who work as managers of the cafe. definitely a must visit for anyone who’s visiting goa as a tourist.

caravela @caravelacafegoa is now one of my favourite cafe in goa. infact my family loved it so much that we visited twice. it was far from our hotel, yet we travelled all the way to have scrumptious food offered by them. best part about small cafe is they offer extremely fresh food. every dish we had tasted fresh and delicious. we tried mango shake, hot chocolate, goan special xacuti chicken, samosa, coffee, rolls, etc. we liked each and every dish. pricing is very reasonable compared to quantity and quality of food. ambience is nicely done and has goan vibes to it. service was a little disappointment. owner rushed us to order quickly and finish our dinner as 8pm was their closing time, which i felt was a little inappropriate for hospitality industry. can improve on service part.

we landed at 7am in goa and headed to caravela directly for our breakfast. the owner was very welcoming and ensured that all of us were very well looked after. they went a great mile to even cook oats for the kids and cleansing the feeding bottles. just wow.. 7 🌟 service... all day breakfast, mushrooms, pizza, coffee, bombay sandwich..top class... cozy place in the capital is what was needed to kick start an amazing holiday.. thanks once again, and see you next time.

finding good vegetarian food could seem like a task to some in goa, but i came across this lovely cafe situated in panjim that serves excellent snack options for vegetarians too. from burgers to pizzas, cutlets, sandwiches and more, they have some great options. they even have some delicious cakes and desserts to enjoy.


i loved their veg burger and bombay sandwich and coffee at this place is a must have. serradura, a local goan dessert is also a must try.

situated in one of the most scenic and iconic parts of goa, the fontainhas in panjim, caravela cafe is a must visit for some lip smacking food and the best coffee in town. while they have authentic goan food and all day breakfast too, the coffee, croissants and rissois are something you should not miss. 
the cheese rissois are a melt in the mouth experience that one should definitely try.

they have a wise variety of snacks from pizza, sandwiches, to burgers and mind blowing cakes and desserts too and have ample options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

absolutely worth the visit and value for money 

this is a must visit place whenever you visit panjim...apart from the exceptional food, the location and ambience captures the true spirit of goa...in our 4 days of stay.. we went here everyday...i would highly recommend the sphagetti, the bombay sandwich, the burgers, the coffee and all desserts ( especially the serradura ) ... last but not the least... the host fabiola made us feel like family in goa... she is exceptionally sweet and kind hearted... i will always visit this cafe whenever i visit goa in the future

the place is located in one of the most picturesque areas of panaji. that combined with the warm and cozy setup makes for a welcoming setting for a hot cup of their in-house roasted coffee (which is probably too cheap for how good it is) and some amazing food. we only had the croissant sandwich but there was nothing i could find about it that was disappointing. it was a lovely flakey croissant. would absolutely recommend visiting the place. support small businesses.

great place for morning breakfast in the center of the goa. we tried this place after going through zomato reviews and the place is worth a visit. we tried ras omelette, beef burger, smoke chicken pizza. i would rate 3.5 for the later two but 5 for ras omelette for the authentic goan taste.

pastries are simply amazing. we tried multiple places while in goa for pastries nothing can match the taste we experienced at caravela. on our remaining days we took take aways and even ordered through swiggy, they deliver in candolim.

uncle on the counter is very friendly and would suggest good restaurant options if you are looking to explore goan delicacies.

a cozy old place to have some munchies and sip on the specialty latin quarter premium coffee at fontainhas in panjim, goa. small place with a decent ambience that serves a variety of breakfast delicacies. latin quarter premium coffee, prawns rissoi and beef and pork roulade are a must try at caravela!
