went looking for thisplacein panjim because i was in the area and this has a high rating on zomato. very standoffish behaviour by the staff and the lady at the counter. while i was finishing my coffee, i was reading and i was told that reading is generally not encouraged and she will have to move me to another table if other guests arrive. baring another table, the entire cafe was empty, this being the off season and an ongoing pandemic, so i am not sure who the lady expected to descend in huge nos. kills the vibe!
