nestled in the picturesque lanes of latin quarter of panjim, known as fontainhas, this cosy caravela cafe & bistro, should be on your list of must-visit places in goa. it is known to serve the best coffee in goa and also offers some delicious savouries and desserts to give agreatcompany to your coffees.

hands down, you shall get the best food here at a price worth the taste!

wow! believe me the pictures on zomato doesn’t do justice to the place. extremely cosy, friendly staff and excellent food. it’s extremely inexpensive compared to the other places in goa. cold coffee was so good i drank two of them. the burger wasgreatand the margherita pizza was excellent but it had some amount of veggies in it which i loved but wasn’t expecting in a margherita. it’s a must visit place.

a lovely, tiny place in the old latin quarter (fontainhas) of panjim, which always has a line waiting outside... the wait is totally worth it, for amazing food,greatcoffee and a lovely vibe.

the caravela café and bistro is a coffee shop run by mr and mrs carlos located in the colourful and picturesque lanes of fontainhas, panjim. they serve artisan coffee better known as latin quarter their in house brand which is roasted in their roastery upstairs, which is available in five different variants . this cosy bistro makes for a good breakfast spot that serves breakfast all day long, with an array of snacks,savouries, desserts, pancakes and more to choose from. so whether you're stopping for your morning coffee, lunch, or an afternoon snack, they have got you covered! with lip smacking delicious dishes.
the cute, traditional quirky décor makes this café insta friendly, while the service promises to win your heart and mr and mrs carlos aregreathosts and always there to help and support with their inputs on goa. they have comfortable seating in their cafe with free wifi. washroom was also neat, clean and maintained.

since this is located in one of the small streets of fontainhas parking is an issue and you might have to spend some time in finding a good and safe parking spot. there are nearby paid parking spots but during peak hours they are mostly full.
this is a lesser known cafe, but according to me, a must visit when in goa!!

visited this cafe when i was in goa with my family. we ordered chicken pasta, pancakes and cold coffee. the food tasted heaven. the pasta was cooked perfectly, the pancakes were really soft and the cold coffee was not too sweet just the way i like it. it was one of those rare moments when all of us liked everything on our table. the food was not expensive at all and the quantity wasgreattoo. can't wait to try it all again.

cold coffee and chocolate croissant is a must have! even the tomato cheese sandwich was good! the owner is a very pleasant man and ensured we had agreattime!

a good place for coffee and breakfast! however, they do not allow you to use laptops (at all) - i took my laptop out while ordering and was not informed that i will not be allowed to work. once i had finished breakfast and opened my laptop to work they informed me i cannot work! in the new wfh (or work from goa) world, most cafes aregreatplaces to sip coffee and get some work done. will appreciate it if this cafe changes its rules a bit.

great place to try out in old goa. the margarita pizza is to die for! the breakfast isgreatas expected but they also have some fresh desserts to dig into!

ordered cold coffee (thick n amazing), watermelon juices (fresh), beef samosa, croquettes, prawn rissois...all were deliciously prepared along withgreatservice too.
need to try out their all day breakfast, the other food options too 😊

this is a small and cozy outlet serving all day breakfast. they have good and healthy options too.

we had

cold coffe and oreo shake for drinks and both were amazing. the oreo shake was thick and very nice.

we had cheese and spinach rissoisis which wasgreatwith melted cheese and good taste. highly recommended.

speghetti alfredo was nice notgreatbut just good one can opt for speghetti aglio oilo for better taste

veg burger was nice the buns were soft and the patty was crispy with lettuce and tomatoes.
