very authentic goan homecafelike atmosphere. we ordered a bombay sandwich, oreo mocha frappe, chicken burger, veg penne white pasta, veg pizza and chocolate mudcake. the oreo mocha frappe is absolutely outstanding in taste and a must have ! same for the bombay sandwich, which was divine. the burger was also very delicious and appetizing. pizza was average and pasta was not to our liking ( a bit bland on flavour). the chocolate mudcake was finger licking good.

we loved the food we ordered and the service too.
the gentleman who was present at thecafehe was very pleasant and cheerfully . i would really recommend my near and dear ones to visit the place and enjoy the delicacies. the pesto chicken sandwich was really amazing. must try.

caravela is a perfect place to start your day with english breakfast and some tea or coffee.

a wonderfulcafein the heart of panjim. lovely coffees to be savored. during the time of lockdown they made my day by delivering the brew to the comfort of my home. kudos to the barista. keep up the great work.

nestled in the picturesque lanes of latin quarter of panjim, known as fontainhas, this cosy caravelacafe& bistro, should be on your list of must-visit places in goa. it is known to serve the best coffee in goa and also offers some delicious savouries and desserts to give a great company to your coffees.

hands down, you shall get the best food here at a price worth the taste!

the caravela café and bistro is a coffee shop run by mr and mrs carlos located in the colourful and picturesque lanes of fontainhas, panjim. they serve artisan coffee better known as latin quarter their in house brand which is roasted in their roastery upstairs, which is available in five different variants . this cosy bistro makes for a good breakfast spot that serves breakfast all day long, with an array of snacks,savouries, desserts, pancakes and more to choose from. so whether you're stopping for your morning coffee, lunch, or an afternoon snack, they have got you covered! with lip smacking delicious dishes.
the cute, traditional quirky décor makes this café insta friendly, while the service promises to win your heart and mr and mrs carlos are great hosts and always there to help and support with their inputs on goa. they have comfortable seating in theircafewith free wifi. washroom was also neat, clean and maintained.

since this is located in one of the small streets of fontainhas parking is an issue and you might have to spend some time in finding a good and safe parking spot. there are nearby paid parking spots but during peak hours they are mostly full.
this is a lesser known cafe, but according to me, a must visit when in goa!!

it's a nicecafewith good food. however what ruined our experience was the extremely rude manager lady.

we visited thecafeafter the hunt of a decent sit down place without rowdy crowd and smoke in our face.
this place was just that. with it’s beautiful interior the food was so authentic, fresh and tasty. it was a wholesome experience. the owner is a lovely gentleman ensuring you have a good time and satisfied with the food on your plate. they made accommodations for my coffee specifications and served so presentably. the place, service and food is very underrated and it is a must visit. loved the coffee, club chicken sandwich and the carrot cake!

got a special latin quarter coffee, chorizo roll and a serradura.

went looking for this place in panjim because i was in the area and this has a high rating on zomato. very standoffish behaviour by the staff and the lady at the counter. while i was finishing my coffee, i was reading and i was told that reading is generally not encouraged and she will have to move me to another table if other guests arrive. baring another table, the entirecafewas empty, this being the off season and an ongoing pandemic, so i am not sure who the lady expected to descend in huge nos. kills the vibe!
